     Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this day.
     Lord, we thank and commend our family, especially our children  into Your hands.
     Lord, thank You for bringing  joy and happiness in our family.  Thank You for  providing us Your counsel to teach our children to keep the covenants and statutes as they grow.
     Lord, may we as parents teach them the Christian values when they are young, so that they do not depart from it even when they are old.
     Lord, let our relationship be strengthened with our children. Give them Your  wisdom and knowledge as they grow. Cast away all fear that grips them when they face challenges.      
     Lord, may our children feel Your presence by their side at all times. Let no evil thoughts or bitterness creep in their mind. We entrust them in Your hands.
     In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
