     Gracious Heavenly Father, we come before You as a family, in the quiet of our hearts this morning. 
     Lord, we thank You in one accord as a family for creating and naming our family with a purpose. Let Your plans for each one of us individually and for our family as a whole, be done according to Your will.   
     Lord, reveal the purpose to each one of us and help us to walk it out daily. Help us to have an appreciation for each other’s personalities, gifts and even our weaknesses.
     Lord, help each family to hold on to all that is good; to feel and rejoice in Your Fatherly care, as Your children. Let our family live a witnessing life and bring glory to Your name. 
     Lord, in spite of all our failures we look up to You, because You are our  Heavenly Father. Let Your will be done in each of our life more and more fully in and around us.
     In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
