     Gracious Heavenly Father, we thank You for adding a new month to Your children. 
     Lord, as we enter into this month, let our faith and confidence that You are always with us remain deeply rooted in our hearts, no matter what challenges we may face ahead.  
     Lord, let Your wisdom and guidance prevail in all the decisions we make; as a family and as an individual. 
     Lord, bless the earnings of each family this month. Let the jar of flour and jug of oil in every home, not become empty but be filled  sufficiently. 
     Lord, let our prayers not be self centred but be a prayer of intercession for others. May we generously spend our time, our resources, and our love with those in need so that we may make a difference in the lives of others, for Your glory.   
     Lord, help us to live a witnessing life and not drift away from the path and plans You have set out for us. 
     Lord, shower Your mercy, grace, love, goodness and every blessing You have in store this month, for all of us.  
     In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
