     Gracious Heavenly Father, we thank You for satisfying our lives each day in all its fullness. 
     Lord, let Your grace and mercy rule our hearts today, in glorious fulfillment of Your promise, that are unchangeably true in all  Your ways. 
     Lord, we pray for the many people who feel powerless and confused about facing their challenges. Show them the ways ahead to find healthy ways to withstand and resolve their frustrations and to find hope without resorting to destructive impulses.
     Lord, may we be keen to understand and be compassionate to reach out to their needs and by sharing Your Word of comfort in their grief and anguish, their joy and hope. 
     Lord, You are a Lord of justice who will secure the cause of the afflicted. Touch them and deliver them from brokenness. Bless them with abundance. 
     Lord, give us the strength and clarity of mind, to walk the path You have laid out for us. Let each step we take forward be guided and be established by You.
