     Gracious Heavenly Father, we come to Your presence the quiet of this morning to strengthen our relationship and be assured of the wonderful things You have prepared for us.
     Lord, we realise that we are a new creation in Christ and that You have reserved us a glorious eternal life.
     Lord, Your gracious word brings sweetness to our soul and health to our body. Let all our plans and purposes of our heart, mirror the desire of Your will for us and be perfectly aligned to Your Word. 
     Lord, may we share Your Word of sweetness with those we meet today. Fill our lips with soothing words of assurance and help us to develop an empathetic and a listening ear to our neighbours.   
     Lord, help us to grow in grace and to walk in spirit and truth. Let Your word penetrate into every family, and bring sweetness and joy in their hearts. 
     Lord, pardon us and our  neighbours for the deceitful words we speak many times. May we always speak graciously so that our words bring sweetness to us and to those around us to become worthy to receive the inheritance as Your reward.
     In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
