     Gracious Heavenly Father, we come before Your presence trusting in Your unfailing promises. 
     Lord, thank You for giving our family and friends, a peaceful morning. Thank You for being our stronghold and for taking care of our every need. 
     Lord, having received Your grace in the quiet of this morning, we intercede for all those who have had a sleepless night due to;  sickness at home or hospital, quarrels in the family, loss of jobs & fear of debts and so many other difficult situations. 
     Lord, our hearts cry out in one accord, for our brothers and sisters affected by the war prone areas. Hear the cries of the orphaned children and laments of the people of all ages, awaiting a rescue and relief from this gruesome situation. 
     Lord, Creator of this Universe, let Your calmness and peace prevail in those affected areas. Bless them with goodness and spare them from anymore harm. 
     Lord, guide and strengthen the leadership, aid workers, medical personnel and the entire rescue team. Let everyone of them be guided by You so that they can come out from this traumatic event. 
     Lord, who is very close to the broken hearted, has  promised to be our stronghold in the day of trouble. Our trust is in You alone. 
     In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
