     Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for the privilege given, to be called as Your children and for being compassionate and gracious to us. 
     Lord, thank You for Your mercy and grace extended to us out of Your abounding love. Your living Word strengthens us in faith, patience, and hope.
     Lord, pardon us, because, in our weakness, we often forget all Your  benefits You have bestowed upon us. Your fulfillment of promise does not concern only with our worldly desires and needs but fulfills our spiritual need.
     Lord, may we not become weary or faint as we walk through this week. Grant us a fresh vision and a renewed strength to complete this week successfully.
     Lord, let Your mighty  power stay with us and protect us, working for our good and waking us to a new life, each day. May we complete this week with a cheerful spirit. 
     In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
