     Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for giving us yet another worship Sunday.
     Lord, we humble ourselves low at the Cross and gather in Your Church.
Help us to see more and more of Your beauty and grace, cleansed of our sins, through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
     Lord, this morning, we, citizens of Your Kingdom, rise up & stand together in one accord and pray for the upcoming parliament & Bishopric elections, from every home, Church and prayer groups. 
     Lord, we pray for all those in authority who manage this whole election process. Give them wisdom and discernment to ensure free and fair elections across the country & diocese.
     Lord, may we realise that it's our solemn duty not only to cast our vote but to encourage others to exercise their franchise too, without fear or favour. 
     Lord, we rely on You alone cautiously navigating through this period. May we rejoice always in the hope of a better tomorrow and endure everything with patience. 
     Lord, may we realise and conduct ourselves in a way that honours Your name, for You, who is with us, is greater than the one who is in the world. 
     In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
