     Gracious Heavenly Father, we thank You for this day and for the protection You have given us during the night.
     Lord, we entrust ourselves to You this day and pray that Your will be done in all things that You have planned for us. Keep us away from anything that discredits Your name or things that we may attempt to do against Your will.
     Lord, may we remain thankful and committed in knowing that Your hand is at work, molding us into vessels of *compassion, patience, and resilience*.   
     Lord, may we be cautious of the influences that try to bring disharmony among us. Grant each one of us clarity of thought to practice brotherhood amidst the hate speech that is being spread around the people.
     Lord, empower us to live out our Christian faith with *courage, tolerance and unwavering love* for our fellow human beings. 
     Lord, may we as the true kindred of Jesus, bought by His blood, reflect and spread the brotherhood in the society we live in. 
     In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
