     Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for being our Shepherd, safely bringing us to the close of the eighth month.
     Lord, thank You for being good all the time, guiding us back onto the correct path when we went astray. You lead us besides the still water and provided all our needs in abundance.  
     Lord, we look back at the days that have gone by, acknowledge and thank both successes and challenges, and seek Your continued grace and guidance for the journey in the new month. 
     Lord, we express our gratitude for the blessings received and lessons learned. Help us to foster a sense of humility and connection to something greater than oneself and make us worthy enough to receive Your grace, always. 
     In Jesus' name we pray, Amen..
