     Gracious Heavenly Father, we seek You this  morning, in the quiet hour of this morning. 
     Lord, we bow down on our knees with humility and seek Your guidance so that we can stand before any challenges or anyone this day.
     Lord, You created and named our family with a purpose. Let the plans You have individually and our family as a whole, be fulfilled according to Your will.
     Lord, we acknowledge and appreciate each other’s personalities, gifts and talents and even our weaknesses. May we hold on to all that is good; to feel and  rejoice in Your Fatherly care, as Your children.
     Lord, thank You for Your patience in spite of all our failures and disobedience. Pardon us as we look to You with profound realisation of our weakness, because You are our Heavenly Father.
     Lord, may the light in our hearts never be extinguished by the trails and temptations we come across. Enable us to see the good that is on its way to us today. 
     In  Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
