Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed morning. Thank You for waking us up healthy and safe on this new day.
Lord, as we enter a new week, may we find favour in Your sight that will be far better and greater than our past. Make a way where there seems to be no way.
Lord, we may, in our weakness go astray as we face each challenge and temptation ; be it at home, at work, and in our other transactions. Pardon us and help us to overcome such situations.
Lord, may we not retreat in our faith, but abide in You. Hold our hand, and walk us through, so that, together we can face tomorrow.
Lord, thank You for the blessings You have in store for each one of us. May we be confident and conscious that if we have faith, "we will receive".

A Small Morning Family Prayer

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing us to the close of this week.
Lord, thank You for guiding us and giving us hope through the week. You desired to hear from us and to speak to us each morning. It was not our mental fortitude but Your Spirit that strengthened all of us to face spiritual, emotional, and physical stress. You were by our side always.
Lord, thank You for all the blessings showered upon us and for the hedge of protection around us that saved us through many dangers and snares.
Thank You for walking ahead of us and making the crooked paths straight.
Lord, refresh us and all those who toiled through the week to earn their livelihood. Give them rest and a peaceful weekend. Let their earnings be sufficient enough to meet their needs. Provide them as You provided our needs and wants.
Lord, we trust in Your plans that are designed for us to prosper. You are an awesome God.....Let Your will alone be done in our lives.

OUR HELP COMES FROM THE LORD

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this worship Sunday. We thank You for the many ways You strengthen us and reveal Your life to us. We thank You for the protection of our faith and hope.
Lord, prepare our hearts and minds to be receptive to the scripture we are to listen today. Let Your word penetrate into our hearts more and more, and enable us to live a witnessing life in this world.
Lord, may Your Spirit give us hope for this life and for the life to come. Fill our hearts with peace and happiness as we depart from the Church.
Lord, grant us Your grace to overcome the challenges we may come across during the week. We trust in Your promise and move forward in faith.

Gracious Heavenly Father, we thank You for this weekend. Thank You for walking beside us throughout the week.
Lord, continue to be with us, even though in our weakness, may have fallen short of Your standard of perfection and purity. Forgive us our
transgressions and deliver us.
Lord, make us worthy to present ourselves when we gather to worship You and to take part in the Holy Eucharist on the worship Sunday.
Lord, examine our inner heart and secret thoughts and cleanse us, so that You may live in us and work through us for Your glory. Make us pure and holy in Your sight.

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for letting us experience again and again Your goodness and mercy.
Lord, thank You for filling us with the hope each day, that brings joy for today and for the days ahead.
Lord, speak to us everyday. Let Your voice make us glad and bring victory in our life on earth.
Lord we remember and commend all those who feel lonely, depressed and grieving due to various challenges that worry them.
Lord, cover them and our family and friends, under Your wings and pour out in great measure Your never failing grace, Your matchless mercy and Your inner peace which is beyond our understanding.
Lord, may we realise that Your loving-kindness and mercy is at work today, and Your deliverance will come quickly, to the glory of Your name.

HUMBLE YOURSELF SO THAT THE LORD WILL EXALT YOU

Gracious Heavenly Father, we humble ourselves this morning and come in to Your presence.
Lord, let this day added by Your grace not go in vain but be a blessing to us and through us, a blessing to many. Help us to listen to Your guiding voice clearly, amidst the chaos around us.
Lord, may we not walk by our pride or self-sufficiency, but walk with You. Without You we can do nothing. Help us to be humble at heart, like little children and not be wise in our own sight.
Lord, mould and secure our hearts in true humility by Your lead. May we count ourselves as equals with one another and value one another with a humble spirit so that we may live to the fullest and be exalted by You.

GREAT IS OUR LORD WHO IS WITH US

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this new day gracefully given to us for a new start.
Lord, thank You for letting Your Spirit refresh our minds to see the path ahead and walk aright.
Lord, it is You who is with us; greater than those who are around us. Give us a clear mind and a peaceful heart to live in the light of Your salvation.
Lord, may we not fall for the schemes of this world but remain closer to You, always. Help us to take one step of faith at a time, trusting You every step of the way.
Lord, help us to be completely humble and be prepared to testify to this world that You, who is with us is greater than anyone in the world.

Gracious Heavenly Father, we thank You for this day of grace which has brought us thus far.
Lord, we hear Your voice this morning and open our hearts and home. Make us worthy enough to receive You and sit with You to dine.
Lord, may we be able to tangibly grasp the unshakeable inheritance that is ours in Jesus Christ today.
Lord, give us the strength to persevere until Your day comes, for, the brightness of Your day will shine through all darkness and bring joy into each one of our hearts and into this world.
Lord, thank You for Your continued fullness of grace upon us. Let all our praise and glory be to You alone.

ABIDE IN HIS WORD TO BEAR MUCH FRUIT FOR HIS GLORY

Gracious Heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed morning. We take refuge in You and begin this week trusting in Your living Word.
Lord, thank You for Your flawless Word that nourishes and strengthens our spiritual growth. May we apply Your Word to our heart and experience its fullness in our daily life.
Lord, may we boldly proclaim the goodness of Your Word with every person we meet, at least with one soul, especially with those who are weak and worried about various challenges they are in.
Lord, just say one Word to Your children. The Word that heals, that delivers from evil, that does not return to You empty, that tells us not to fear, that helps to keep our ways pure.
Lord, may we absorb and abide in You and the power of Your Word that does not pass away. Journey with us throughout the week. Help us to bear much fruit in every action and bring You glory.

LORD NAMES & BLESSES THE FAMILY WHO FEARS HIM

Gracious Heavenly Father, we come before You as a family, in the quiet of our hearts this morning.
Lord, we thank You in one accord as a family for creating and naming our family with a purpose. Let Your plans for each one of us individually and for our family as a whole, be done according to Your will.
Lord, reveal the purpose to each one of us and help us to walk it out daily. Help us to have an appreciation for each other’s personalities, gifts and even our weaknesses.
Lord, help each family to hold on to all that is good; to feel and rejoice in Your Fatherly care, as Your children. Let our family live a witnessing life and bring glory to Your name.
Lord, in spite of all our failures we look up to You, because You are our Heavenly Father. Let Your will be done in each of our life more and more fully in and around us.

Gracious Heavenly Father, we come into Your presence this morning with a thankful heart.
Lord, we thank You for the redemption assured and for raising up a horm of salvation through Your Son Jesus Christ. You are the almighty God, our Protector.
Lord, we entrust all our family, friends, and loved ones into Your hands. Thank You for our family and friends who surround us, bless us every day with kind words and actions. Watch over them and give them good health, happiness, and favours. Let them feel Your grace and presence each moment.
Lord, may we as Your redeemed people, continue to intercede for the welfare of everyone. Thank You for the promise that You have planned better things for us. May we take delight in You to receive more than we can desire for.

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for the new day You have given us.
Lord, today, in all that we do, give us the courage to have faith in Your power and that we may not rest on human wisdom. May we also share it with others so that they may also rest on Your power.
Lord, help us to share Your love and understanding to all those we meet today; carry us, when we become weak, lead us, so that we do not go astray, guide us when we are at crossroads.
Lord, may we close the day with complete confidence that we lived a life according to Your will. We thank You for Your love and faithfulness
towards us, which is great and endures forever. Let all praises be unto You alone.
