A Small Morning Family Prayer

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed morning. Thank You for waking us up healthy and safe on this new day.
Lord, as we enter a new week, may we find favour in Your sight that will be far better and greater than our past. Make a way where there seems to be no way.
Lord, we may, in our weakness go astray as we face each challenge and temptation ; be it at home, at work, and in our other transactions. Pardon us and help us to overcome such situations.
Lord, may we not retreat in our faith, but abide in You. Hold our hand, and walk us through, so that, together we can face tomorrow.
Lord, thank You for the blessings You have in store for each one of us. May we be confident and conscious that if we have faith, "we will receive".

A Small Morning Family Prayer

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing us to the close of this week.
Lord, thank You for guiding us and giving us hope through the week. You desired to hear from us and to speak to us each morning. It was not our mental fortitude but Your Spirit that strengthened all of us to face spiritual, emotional, and physical stress. You were by our side always.
Lord, thank You for all the blessings showered upon us and for the hedge of protection around us that saved us through many dangers and snares.
Thank You for walking ahead of us and making the crooked paths straight.
Lord, refresh us and all those who toiled through the week to earn their livelihood. Give them rest and a peaceful weekend. Let their earnings be sufficient enough to meet their needs. Provide them as You provided our needs and wants.
Lord, we trust in Your plans that are designed for us to prosper. You are an awesome God.....Let Your will alone be done in our lives.

TESTING OF FAITH PRODUCES STEADFASTNESS

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed morning.
Lord, thank You for refining us and cleansing us to make us stronger, perfect and complete so that we may lack nothing.
Lord, thank You for promising us to bless us, if we remain steadfast under trial, and have promised the crown of life, if we love You with all our heart.
Lord, reinforce the faith of every family member so that we remain obedient to Your teachings to develop perseverance. Bless our children with wisdom.
Lord, take control of everyone's situation this morning. Work Your ways to deliver them from the discouraging times, when their faith is put to test.
Lord, let Your glory be revealed through each one of us through the deliverance we get us from the challenges we face. Hold us close to You, so that our faith in You will not be shaken.

DO NOT BE CAST DOWN. JUST HOPE IN GOD

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for adding another refreshing day in our life.
Lord, as we begin this day, let our hearts not be cast down or disturbed, for, it's only You who can satisfy the deep thirst in our soul. You provided solutions for our challenges, and answers to our prayers.
Lord, You are a God who hear and answer each prayer and does not despise the oppressed and the depressed. You are the source of strength to all of us.
Lord, we intercede for those inundated by floods in various places. Protect the elders and children who are down with sickness and are displaced from their homes.
Lord, let our hearts not wallow in tears and sorrows, instead trust in You and focus on making our intimacy stronger with You. Be our Provider, always.

THE LORD IS OUR GREAT TEACHER

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for adding a new week to us.
Lord, You are our Teacher. You taught us that, wisdom is better than jewels, knowledge and understanding and better than the choice gold. May we be like guides to show the path to those who seek the Truth and the Way with a heart of compassion and care.
Lord, we commend all the teachers into Your hands. Bless them and inspire them to mould the lives of all the students to be nourished with good characters and skills, so that they bring a ray of hope to the society, their family and the nation.
Lord, bless every teacher's family members. Let Your peace and happiness and health prevail abundantly in their homes.
Lord, You being our Teacher, may we be the true disciples of Christ in our everyday life. Instruct us and teach us and counsel us.

THE LORD WILL MAKE A WAY WHERE THERE IS NO WAY

Gracious Heavenly Father, we come before You this morning with praises to Your name.
Lord, we thank You for the mighty deeds You have done in our lives. May we be found worthy as Your children and live a witnessing life.
Lord, let our prayers be guided by Your Word, to rightly know and seek our needs and remain content in all circumstances, and rejoice even in tribulation.
Lord, Your promises are more than anyone is able to count, that include all things necessary for both body and soul. We are confident and bold enough to say, "our faith and hope in You was not in vain".
Lord, as we gather in Your sanctuary, may we feel Your presence during the worship service. Accept our praises and thanks offered to You.
Lord, open up the rivers in high places and in the midst of valleys in the coming week. Lead us , guide us.

LET NOT YOUR HEARTS BE TROUBLED

Gracious Heavenly Father, we thank You for walking us through each moments of this week.
Lord, we thank and glorify You for the countless ways You have blessed us. Your ever enduring grace protected us from all dangers and turmoil that came near us.
Lord, great is Your faithfulness. You never forget or never fail and never take back a promise. May we share with others, the taste of Your love that is good and about the joy it brings to all.
Lord, as we rest at home this weekend, refresh our spirits and enable us to reconcile and reinvent ourselves. Fill us with energy and strength for the week ahead.
Lord, fill us with Your peace and strengthen our hearts amidst this tempest-torn worlld. In You we put our trust. Bring all our hopes to fulfillment in the days to come.

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this joyous moment given, to begin this day in Your presence.
Lord, guide our words, thoughts and deeds today. Let our actions, attitudes and the innermost motives behind our thoughts and words be pleasing to You and be a reflection of a true Christian.
Lord, touch every member of each family so that they walk and do Your will. Walk beside them wherever they go and whatever work they do. Give them the zeal to serve You and be guided by You. Bind them together with Your love.
Lord, we bring before You the petitions and desires of our friends near and far. Especially those who are going through tough times, spiritually and physically. Just speak one Word, and they will be healed. You are the God of Hope who provide Your goodness for the weak and impaired.
Lord, we submit every care at Your feet. May we not be afraid or be discouraged of anything. Make us worthy to receive the rewards of Your goodness, mercy & favour all the days of our life.

THE LORD HAS PLANS FOR OUR WELFARE

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for adding another new month, filled with Your unfailing promises.
Lord, thank You for the great things You have done for us last month. We enter this new month with a hope that Your presence would continue to be with us and will lead us through. Let Your divine Holy Spirit work in us like a lamp to our feet and a shield to our mind.
Lord, may we use every opportunity to honour and praise Your name. Cast away all obstacles that may prevent our relationship with You. May we not be perturbed by the challenges ahead, but count our blessings of the past and leave the battle in Your hands.
Lord, may we be like a well-watered garden, thriving as we draw nourishment from roots, firmly planted in Your love and in Your goodness
Lord, strengthen the depth of our relationship with You. Make us worthy to receive all the blessings You have in store for us, and fulfill the plans You have for our welfare, this month.

THE STEADFAST LOVE OF THE LORD

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed day.
Lord, we come before You this morning as one flock, one family with praises and thanks with one heart and one voice through this prayer.
Lord, thank You for the protection, deliverance, and the hope You put into our hearts. We thank You for the faithfulness and provision over all our endeavors despite our disobedience and unfaithfulness to Your words and directions.
Lord, we intercede for those going through pain and sufferings due to illness and other reasons. Uplift their souls and fill their homes with abundant peace and happiness.
Lord, let Your mighty arm redeem and lead them through. Grant Your blessings on those expecting a favour or a breakthrough in their lives.
Lord, we thank You once again for all Your work done in our life. We commend all the work of our hands and emphasize our trust in You.

OUR LORD SATISFIES US WITH GOOD THINGS

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for guiding us thus far, and guarding our minds and hearts.
Lord, grant that we may continue to remain in You, and receive the Spirit and all we need from You. Strengthen us not only physically but also our hearts inwardly.
Lord, thank You for the certainty of Your love that fills us with gladness and thanksgiving. May we hold this faith and remain steadfast and press on to victory over the challenges we face each day.
Lord, we thank and await for the good things You are preparing to satisfy us. We commend all of us into Your mighty hands. Help us to let Your wisdom, boldness, grace and peace be evident in our lives.

BROTHERHOOD & SENSE OF ONENESS

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for Your great love and blessing on this worship Sunday.
Lord, thank You for creating every human in Your own image and for the privilege given to experience the beauty of one humanity.
Lord, implant within us a heart of brotherhood and a sense of oneness. May we realise the importance of sharing and lead us to dwell together as one human, amidst pluralistic and diverse faith tradition.
Lord, help us to be a refuge to the poor and the needy and to be in solidarity to share the gospel with them. May we as a family, bring hope, cheer and encouragement to those who have lost hope and are depressed and discouraged.
Lord, accept our prayers and petitions we offer in Your sanctuary. May we be truthful in our hearts as we come to the Eucharist table with others.
