Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed morning. Thank You for waking us up healthy and safe on this new day.
Lord, as we enter a new week, may we find favour in Your sight that will be far better and greater than our past. Make a way where there seems to be no way.
Lord, we may, in our weakness go astray as we face each challenge and temptation ; be it at home, at work, and in our other transactions. Pardon us and help us to overcome such situations.
Lord, may we not retreat in our faith, but abide in You. Hold our hand, and walk us through, so that, together we can face tomorrow.
Lord, thank You for the blessings You have in store for each one of us. May we be confident and conscious that if we have faith, "we will receive".

A Small Morning Family Prayer

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing us to the close of this week.
Lord, thank You for guiding us and giving us hope through the week. You desired to hear from us and to speak to us each morning. It was not our mental fortitude but Your Spirit that strengthened all of us to face spiritual, emotional, and physical stress. You were by our side always.
Lord, thank You for all the blessings showered upon us and for the hedge of protection around us that saved us through many dangers and snares.
Thank You for walking ahead of us and making the crooked paths straight.
Lord, refresh us and all those who toiled through the week to earn their livelihood. Give them rest and a peaceful weekend. Let their earnings be sufficient enough to meet their needs. Provide them as You provided our needs and wants.
Lord, we trust in Your plans that are designed for us to prosper. You are an awesome God.....Let Your will alone be done in our lives.

THE LORD IS YOUR STRENGTH

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for gracefully adding another week to everyone. Lord, we seek You at the dawn of today to receive Your mercies that are new every morning. Lord, as we begin this week we commend into Your hands all our personal and professional responsibilities, all travel plans and all other commitments that are ahead of us. Guide us and strengthen us. Lord, may we not feel the emptiness at any time, instead feel Your presence and stay true to the relationship we have with You. May we be aligned more and more with the track You have laid out for us. Lord, thank You for fulfilling our desire. May our actions reflect Your guidance and bring glory to You. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.Today's Promise: He fulfills the desire of those who fear Him, He also hears their cry and saves them. Psalm 145:19

IT IS GOD WHO WORKS IN YOU

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed worship Sunday.
Lord, You have been our rock and refuge in and through all the situations we walked through.
Lord, we commend all the ministers of the Church. Bless them for their commitment and strengthen them as they carry out the tasks through the ministries of the Church.
Lord, let them be watchful of their commitment and be a Good Shepherd to their flocks in guarding and guiding them. Let them be emboldened by Your Spirit to face any kind of challenges they come across, as they serve Your Church.
Lord, be their refuge and protect them and their families. Let their ministry bring Glory to You, and You alone

Gracious Heavenly Father, bless us this morning, as we gather in Your presence and turn to You.
Lord, even though we do not deserve Your mercy and grace, we are priveleged to enjoy a right relationship with You.
Lord, help us to draw nearer to You, to become a better reflection of Your beatitudes, to pursue righteousness.
Lord, thank You for Your presence during the week, and for Your guidance. Pardon us the moments we failed You, through our actions. May we realise our errors during our quiet time with You.
Lord, You are there by our side always. Even though our lives may seem so overwhelming and confusing may we seek the righteousness. Help us to grow in the fruit of the Spirit and walk closer with You.
Lord, prepare our hearts and minds as we come to worship You in Your sanctuary, and to offer our prayers. May we be conscious of Your presence and be seen worthy in Your eyes.

THE LORD WILL FIGHT THE BATTLE FOR US

Gracious Heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day.
Lord, thank You for giving us Your Holy Spirit, that penetrates our whole nature, our flesh and blood, that keeps us firm in faith under all temptation and distress.
Lord, may we live in the certainty of Your relationship with us and prepare ourselves more and more for Your second coming into the world.
Lord, remove every doubt that may fill our heart so that we are not troubled or afraid. We are confident that You are with us till the end of time. Replace our hearts with Your peace.
Lord, we are reminded that Your loving-kindness is at work today, and You will fight all our battles for us.
Lord, we await Your deliverance quickly that will give us the victory over our every weakness, for Your glory.

THE LORD REDEEMS HIS SERVANTS

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for being so gracious in adding another day in our life.
Lord, counsel us on all our ways and all that we do. May we bring honor to You and testify that You are our God.
Give everyone of us a clear vision of where to go and how to get there.
Lord, help us to be impervious to the pressure around us while taking decisions. Let every decision we take align with Your word and be focused on Your leading and not based on wrong counsel.
Lord, we commend ourselves into Your hands. Help all those who are going through difficult phase due to various challenges at this time. Help them to overcome all challenges with patience and with gentleness.
Lord, may we take refuge in You so that we are not condemned by the worldly challenges. You are our Redeemer.

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this day of grace added to our life.
Lord, thank You for all the blessings showered upon us and for protecting our family from all the snares and dangers.
Lord, grant us the humility of heart, so that we may think about the good of the others. Make us a channel of Your love to others and ever draw closer to You.
Lord, reveal Your wisdom and strength among people everywhere. Let Your will, Your love, Your mercy shall prevail among all the nations.
Lord, may Your Spirit make us of one mind with Jesus Christ. Make all our relationships with others not to judge but to submit in patience, better to serve and love them with the Savior in every step of our ways.

Gracious Heavenly Father, we come to You this morning with a thankful heart.
Lord, may we be conscious of Your whisper of absolute love for us into the deepest part of our heart. Forgive us the errors of yesterday. Let Your peace remain in us throughout the day.
Lord, we commend all the children who prepare for various competitive exams. Fill them with Your wisdom and the courage to face it boldly. Give them good health. Let there be a peaceful and a conducive atmosphere in their homes, Bless all the efforts of their parents to provide for their children.
Lord, You are the one who hold everyone's future. Grant us the strength and clarity of mind to find our purpose and walk the path You have planned for us.

HIS UNDERSTANDING IS BEYOND ALL MEASURES

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this new week gracefully given to us for a new start.
Lord, let your Spirit refresh our minds so that we see the path ahead clearly, and handle everything smoothly that we are to undertake this week.
Lord, it is You who is with us; greater than those whom we are to face. May we not fall for the schemes of this world but remain closer to You, always.
Lord, we intercede for the the people of Srilanka whose lives are surrounded by shadow of war and terror. Grant Your wisdom to the leaders, as they attempt to bring in peace amidst all the chaos and civil unrest. Help them see beyond the boundaries of race and religion and work for everyone's welfare.
Lord, we commend ourselves into Your hands. Let the plans You have for us, which are infinitely beyond our understanding fulfill our heart's desire. Help us to be completely humble and be prepared to testify to this world for the hope we have in You.

Gracious Heavenly Father, we thank You for being with thus far and for providing us our needs.
Lord, thank You for all You have done for us and for all You have in store for us. Thank You for being the source of all life and strength.
Lord, You strengthen us to hold fast our confession. Grant us wisdom to see what we ought to do for Your glory, courage to begin, ability to do, willingness to bear and strength and skill to complete the purpose You have for us.
Lord, thank You for all the signs You give us, that You hear our prayer when, without wavering or weakening, we set our hopes on You.
Lord, establish our steps firm in You. so that we may follow the paths of life which bring praise and honor to You. Let our prayers and thanksgiving be acceptable to You in Your sight.

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed morning. Lord, we remember Your word proclaiming, "watch and pray", so that we continue to abide in You and not be tempted in our flesh to drift away from our relationship with You. Lord, amidst all the busyness of our life, may we be ‘faithful and wise’ and be prepared to meet You anytime of Your coming. Lord, may we rejoice always; pray without ceasing and remain thankful in all circumstances. Lord, You are in control of everything. We commend each one of us to You. Lead us and guide us.
