A Small Morning Family Prayer

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed morning. Thank You for waking us up healthy and safe on this new day. 

Lord, as we enter a new week, may we find favour in Your sight  that will be far better and greater than our past. Make a way where there seems to be no way. 

Lord, we may, in our weakness go astray as we face each challenge and temptation ;  be it at home, at work, and in our other transactions. Pardon us and help us to overcome such situations. 

Lord, may we not retreat in our faith, but abide in You. Hold our hand, and walk us through, so that, together we can face tomorrow. 

Lord, thank You for the blessings You have in store for each one of us. May we be confident and conscious that if we have faith, "we will receive". 

In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing us to the close of this week. 

Lord, thank You for guiding us and giving us hope through the week. You desired to hear from us and to speak to us each morning. It was not our mental fortitude but Your Spirit that  strengthened all of us to face spiritual, emotional, and physical stress. You were by our side always. 

Lord, thank You for all the blessings showered upon us and for the hedge of protection around us that saved us through many dangers and snares. 

Thank You for walking ahead of us and making the crooked paths straight. 

Lord, refresh us and all those who toiled through the week to earn their livelihood.  Give them rest and a peaceful weekend. Let their earnings be sufficient enough to meet their needs. Provide them as You provided our needs and wants. 

Lord, we trust in Your plans that are designed for us to prosper. You are an awesome God.....Let Your will alone be done in our lives.

Gracious Heavenly Father, we thank You for the great, good things You have done for us last month.

Lord, may we not be anxious about anything in the new month, but rejoice and pray without ceasing, and give thanks in all circumstances.

Lord, as we slowly return to normalcy from the pandemic restrictions, let Your arms continue to protect us and bless the work of our hands. 

Lord, we pray for all those who work in offices,  businessmen and other institutions. Give them new directions and support to re-establish their works. 

Lord, bless our children with knowledge and wisdom. Shower Your new mercies upon our children as they prepare to return to school. 

Lord, thank You for Your presence during the hardships we all experienced during the pandemic. As we meet each other, may we be considerate and mindful to  help each other. 

Lord, we pray for total restoration of all the things that were lost due to lockdown. Guide and lead us on the path we should walk. 

In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

Gracious Heavenly Father, we thank You for this Sunday. 

Lord, thank You for bringing us to the close of this month. Thank You for Your ever enduring love on us even though we are unworthy. 

Lord, You are our Triune God, who holds the authority in heaven and earth. Majestic is Your name in all the earth. Great is Your faithfulness. 

Lord, we are Yours, for You have chosen us to be Your children. Fill our hearts with love and empathy for others. May we walk with our brethren in perfect harmony and peace. 

Lord, we commend the efforts of each member of the family who strive for a breakthrough in their career.  Let Your presence be with our children and elders in our family, Church and our neighborhood. 

Lord, thank You for nourishing our souls with Your Spirit and comforting us with Your goodness. Keep us safe, and guide us in all that they do.

Gracious Heavenly Father, we come before Yourpresence, trusting in Your promises this morning. 
     
Lord, we thank You for the gift of family. We experience the warmth of Your love through our relationship with each other. Thank You for Your protection given to all of us. 
     
Lord, thank You for Your compassion on our family. May we pass on the same to others and speak the words of kindness. Make our family,  a witness and a source of encouragement in our neighborhood.
     
Lord, we commend all the families of our relatives and  friends. Let Your hand be upon each one of them. Cast away any kind of sickness, bitterness, financial stress and various other challenges. Fill them with Your mercy, health, happiness and peace.  
     
Lord, prepare all our minds and  hearts today, and make us worthy enough to receive Your grace.
     
In Jesus'  name we pray, Amen.

Gracious Heavenly  Father, we begin this day in Your presence, trusting in the Word of truth and the encouragement and instructions that would enable us to live according to Your will.
     Lord, may we focus and strive harder and perform better each task entrusted to us. May we exhibit faith and patient endurance and pray without ceasing, rejoice and give You thanks...always.
     Lord, we commend all our needs and wants into Your hands. May we not be anxious about anything, as You know what we need before we ask. You are our Provider. 
     In  Jesus'  name we pray, Amen.
