A Small Morning Family Prayer

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed morning. Thank You for waking us up healthy and safe on this new day.

Lord, as we enter a new week, may we find favour in Your sight that will be far better and greater than our past. Make a way where there seems to be no way.

Lord, we may, in our weakness go astray as we face each challenge and temptation ; be it at home, at work, and in our other transactions. Pardon us and help us to overcome such situations.

Lord, may we not retreat in our faith, but abide in You. Hold our hand, and walk us through, so that, together we can face tomorrow.

Lord, thank You for the blessings You have in store for each one of us. May we be confident and conscious that if we have faith, "we will receive".

In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

A Small Morning Family Prayer

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing us to the close of this week.

Lord, thank You for guiding us and giving us hope through the week. You desired to hear from us and to speak to us each morning. It was not our mental fortitude but Your Spirit that strengthened all of us to face spiritual, emotional, and physical stress. You were by our side always.

Lord, thank You for all the blessings showered upon us and for the hedge of protection around us that saved us through many dangers and snares.

Thank You for walking ahead of us and making the crooked paths straight.

Lord, refresh us and all those who toiled through the week to earn their livelihood. Give them rest and a peaceful weekend. Let their earnings be sufficient enough to meet their needs. Provide them as You provided our needs and wants.

Lord, we trust in Your plans that are designed for us to prosper. You are an awesome God.....Let Your will alone be done in our lives.

In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

FEAR NOT. GOD IS FOR US. WE ARE OF MORE VALUE THAN MANY SPARROWS

Gracious Heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day.
Lord, thank You for Your love revealed through Your Son Jesus Christ, and the assurance that no one can be against us when You are with us.
Lord, as we navigate through the middle of this week, we seek Your wisdom to walk on the right path to take. Give us clarity in all our decisions. We trust in Your guidance alone.
Lord, keep everyone of us safe from any kind of physical harm or illness or accidents. Protect all of us from the snares and evil schemes that may be devised against us.
Lord, may we not succumb to the negative thoughts that weaken our faith. Let our trust remain firm in Your unfailing promises that raise our dead hopes to life and turn it to be a reality.
Lord, make us worthy of Your love that values more than many sparrows. May we fear not, but boldly walk forward in faith trusting in Your promise.....always.

THE LORD IS OUR GOD WHO MADE US. WE ARE THE SHEEP OF HIS PASTURE.

Gracious Heavenly Father, we come before Your presence with hearts filled gratitude and thanks.
Lord, thank You for the gift of life and the privilege to be called Your people and sheep of Your pasture.
Lord, make our vision clear so that we look away from all deception and no longer delude ourselves with short lived earthly things, instead see what is eternal.
Lord, may we be obedient to Your call and trust in Your unfailing care and unshakable promises which You bestow on all who believe in You as the One, True, Living God, who is, and ever will be.
Lord, let Your grace be upon all of us, our children and elders in the families, friends and relatives and those with special needs.
Lord, protect us, provide us and Shepherd us by Your grace for Your glory in the days ahead.

Gracious Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your grace upon us this morning. We acknowledge the gift of another day.
Lord, strengthen us to maintain a positive outlook and an attitude of gratitude throughout the day. Let Your favour be upon us.
Lord, guide us and our children with Your counsel. May we experience Your presence as we go about doing our tasks and responsibilities - in the family, Your ministry, society, our professional workplace and business commitments.
Lord, strengthen us and grant us the perseverance to overcome any challenges and run with endurance, the race You have set before us.
Lord, may we not be consumed by the fears that surround us in life, but be confident that Your counsel stands forever.

THE LORD DIRECTS OUR STEPS & HIS PRESENCE SHALL GO WITH US

Gracious Heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day filled with new mercies.
Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention and guidance throughout the week. Let all our plans and choices we have made for us, be aligned with Your plan for us. We trust in the assurance that You are the One Who directs our steps.
Lord, we look for Your leading, and plead Your countenance over us in all that we do today. Be it our official work and other business commitments, new avenues and opportunities.
Lord, we pray for all those recuperating from their illness, undergoing treatment or other medical checkups. Let their every need be met and their resources provided.
Lord, we pray for those affected by the recent rains and other natural calamities. No matter how the days ahead of us will be, we cast all our anxiety on You, for, it is You who cares and tenderly watch over us, always.
Lord, may we not feel as it may seem, that You are far away, instead be constantly reminded that Your presence shall go with us.
In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed worship Sunday morning.
Lord, as we observe "Father's Day", today, we come before You humbled and in awe of Your greatness. Prepare our minds we meditate on the scripture.
Lord, on this day, we honor You, the Father from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named. You are the ultimate source and origin of all families in this world.
Lord, we thank You for loving us with the compassion of a father and for the gift of fatherhood. On this day, strengthen every father and make them as Your instruments.
Lord, we pray for fathers of all ages. May we be aware of the privilege, gift, and responsibility of fatherhood given to us.
Lord, bestow upon all the fathers Your wisdom, tenderness and patience as we look up to You for Your love, guidance and salvation.
Lord, thank You for the adoption given to us to call You, "Abba Father".

OUR LORD’S PLANS ARE NOT FOR HARM BUT FOR OUR FUTURE & HOPE.

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of life, and for the opportunity to see another Saturday morning.
Lord, may we be conscious that we have nothing to boast about ourselves or about tomorrow, nor is our mental fortitude or our physical strength that made us see another new day, but purely Your grace.
Lord, we do not know what tomorrow holds for us but we know, You hold the future and our times are in Your hands. Preserve our life today and show us what You want us to do in order to be the greatest blessing for others.
Lord, cast away the haughtiness from us and help us in our weakness, to remain humble and obedient to do things that honour Your Holy name.
Lord, we submit ourselves to Your plans and the purpose You have for us. Let Your grace, and love, and care may be seen in us and flow out to others.

OUR LORD WILL GUARD US IN ALL OUR WAYS

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for Your grace and the gift of life today.
Lord, thank You for nurturing each one of us into a deeper relationship with You by giving us a spirit of power and of love and of self-discipline.
Lord, we, as one family in Christ, offer our prayer this morning, with deep grief and pain, for all the families who are mourning due to the loss of their dear ones, in the tragic plane crash of yesterday.
Lord, our Comforter, let everyone of them profoundly experience Your presence and consolation of Your love and sense of hope and comfort, at this time of loss.
Lord, we pray for ourselves and for our relatives and friends. Guard us and shield us from any danger. May we walk with the strength of Your grace and mercy, so that we do not strike our foot against a stone.

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for the wonderful day added to our life.
Lord, we come before Your throne of grace with our prayers and intercession and with a thankful heart this morning.
Lord, let the great privilege of prayer, that has been granted to us be the focal point in our spiritual discipline to keep a close relationship with You.
Lord, may we watch and pray, without ceasing, and in all the circumstances. Let our prayer be secret, fervent and a believing prayer.
Lord, we intercede for those who are in need; for the sick, sorrowful and bereaved. We thank and pray for all who bring comfort, care and healing.
Lord, we commend all of us in Your hands in prayer. Shape our future, change our hearts. May we remain firm in our belief that more things are wrought by prayer.

THERE IS FULNESS OF JOY IN OUR LORD’S PRESENCE & OUR STEPS ARE ESTABLISHED BY HIM

Gracious Heavenly Father, we come before You this morning with a heart yearning for the fullness of joy in Your presence.
Lord, thank You for being my source of lasting joy and perfect contentment. We trust in Your promises and rely on the assurance of the good plans You have for us.
Lord, grant us wisdom to see what we ought to do for Your glory, courage to begin, ability to do, willingness to bear and strength and skill to complete the purpose You have for us.
Lord, may we walk with confidence that we are held by the same hands that calmed the storm and carried the Cross on our behalf.
Lord, establish our steps in You, so that we may walk the paths of life that bring praise, honor & glory to Your Holy name.

OUR LORD IS NEAR TO ALL.

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for Your grace upon us. Thank You for all the goodness and for the peace You have given us.
Lord, may we walk today in the fullness of Your joy and blessing. Look into our hearts and into the situation of each one of us, and guide us through.
Lord, may we realise that our voices reach You and You are very near to us when we call on You in truth. Hear our prayer; guard us and guide us.
