Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed morning. Thank You for waking us up healthy and safe on this new day.
Lord, as we enter a new week, may we find favour in Your sight that will be far better and greater than our past. Make a way where there seems to be no way.
Lord, we may, in our weakness go astray as we face each challenge and temptation ; be it at home, at work, and in our other transactions. Pardon us and help us to overcome such situations.
Lord, may we not retreat in our faith, but abide in You. Hold our hand, and walk us through, so that, together we can face tomorrow.
Lord, thank You for the blessings You have in store for each one of us. May we be confident and conscious that if we have faith, "we will receive".

A Small Morning Family Prayer

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing us to the close of this week.
Lord, thank You for guiding us and giving us hope through the week. You desired to hear from us and to speak to us each morning. It was not our mental fortitude but Your Spirit that strengthened all of us to face spiritual, emotional, and physical stress. You were by our side always.
Lord, thank You for all the blessings showered upon us and for the hedge of protection around us that saved us through many dangers and snares.
Thank You for walking ahead of us and making the crooked paths straight.
Lord, refresh us and all those who toiled through the week to earn their livelihood. Give them rest and a peaceful weekend. Let their earnings be sufficient enough to meet their needs. Provide them as You provided our needs and wants.
Lord, we trust in Your plans that are designed for us to prosper. You are an awesome God.....Let Your will alone be done in our lives.

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed Sunday, observed as Father's Day, world over.
Lord, we look up to You our Abba Father and thank You for the many ways in which You have shown us love and strengthened our hands to lead our family. Grant every father with good health as they toil each day to earn the bread for their family.
Lord, even though we have sinned against You and our fellow men and are no longer worthy to be called Your son, You embrace us always and give us the privilege to be a father to our children and to be the head of our family.
Lord, we intercede for all the single fathers who raise their children alone. Grant them strength, wisdom, and guidance in their parenting. Help them persevere in times of difficulty, and to experience the joy and blessing of fatherhood.
Lord, we pray for the children whose fathers have gone away from their family or have entered into the next life. Let those children feel Your presence near them as they journey through life and know that Your love and grace does more than the earthly father.
Lord, may we teach our children that life is in Christ alone and that there is no other source of life, joy, light, peace, comfort, love, or truth that can endure forever.

Gracious Heavenly Father, we thank You this morning for Your invitation to give us an abundant life.
Lord, thank You for the perfect plan and purpose You have designed for all of us - Your children. Stir up our faith and kindle afresh the gifts in us.
Lord, may we be reminded this morning that Your ways and thoughts are higher than our ways, beyond all measures and our understanding.
Lord, we are weary with limited strength and ability. The rough places are greater than our strength to climb. Turn our darkness into light and make it level and smooth so that we may walk on them.
Lord, we are blind to see the ways ahead of us. It is You alone, who knows the way and paths that we do not know. Guide us so that we may not wander and be lost any longer.
Lord, may we not doubt Your Word but boldly march ahead. Provide us sufficient strength we all need as we journey through this life on earth.

Gracious Heavenly Father, we begin this day with a thankful heart, fully trusting in Your Word of eternal life.
Lord, You are our Strength and Shield. May we be content in all situations and lean not on our own strength or courage.
Lord, Your goodness and faithfulness in our life have been our only strength through all our trials and tribulations, and You have never left us alone. Great is Your faithfulness.
Lord, we remain grateful for all the blessings You have given us, thus far. We replace all our anxieties with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
Lord, we pray for the renewal and refreshing strength for everyone around us who do not know which way to turn or whom to look for help. Let the presence of Your unseen hand give comfort and strength to all of them.
Lord, let each one of us be confident that You are in control of all things, who always work for our good and that You will not fail us or forsake us. Let Your presence go before us.

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed day.
Lord, we offer our prayers with thanksgiving and praise this morning, with our hearts filled with joy and gratitude.
Lord, strengthen us in our weakness, as we attempt to love others with a brotherly affection and consider their needs before our own. Let Your love be experienced through us by them as our brothers and sisters in Christ.
Lord, we pray for our home and those around us : at our workplace, our neighborhood, our Church and people whom we meet everyday. Make it a haven of peace and joy.
Lord, give us a heart to cherish and appreciate the relationships You have created for us. We express our gratitude for the ways in which they enrich our lives. With them around us , may we press on to the goal of our calling, to fulfill Your purpose.
Lord, may we be reminded that it is You, who will avenge the wrongs of everyone and not us. May we out do one another in loving & showing honor, for Your glory.

Gracious Heavenly Father, we come to Your presence in oneness, realising Your greatness. You are an awesome God, who keeps the covenant and steadfast love.
Lord, we delight in Your name and fear Your name. Accept our prayers. Let Your hand be upon us and provide all the mercies we need.
Lord, may we find favour in Your sight today. Let no sadness of our heart overshadow the happy moments we are to experience today given by Your grace.
Lord, we accept our shortcomings and trespasses against You. Forgive us, for, we are Your people redeemed by Your great power and by Your strong hand.
Lord, may we cling on to our confession of hope and remain faithful., so that we will raise and build for Your glory.

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for adding another day in our life, filled with mercies, joy and unfailing promises.
Lord, thank You for giving us the spirit of power and of love and of self discipline. May we not fear rejection or ridicule nor fear the likelihood of persecution, pain, or even death, in this increasingly hostile world,
Lord, may we stoke the flames of our faith in Christ so that in Him, we may stand firm and boldly face the challenge and walk over the snares spread out for us.
Lord, we intercede for those who are poor and struggling and praying for their needs and well-being. Provide a way for them to overcome their situation, and to receive what they are in need of.
Lord, comfort every broken heart, wipe their tears, give them hope and provide their needs. We depend on You alone and seek Your face to experience You in a greater capacity.
Lord, we cast every burden and concern on You, for, You never allow the righteous to be moved. Let Your Word be our guiding light in our lives and help us to be righteous in Your sight.

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for adding another week.
Lord, may Your presence linger around us this morning as we seek You. Give us patience to listen to Your voice and feel the fullness of joy in our hearts.
Lord, help us to guard our hearts in every situation and transcend our faith to handle any situation, for, we are Your "chosen people".
Lord, cast away the hypocrisy we display through our actions towards our neighbours. May we not forget but remain true to our confession and commitment we made at the altar during worship, as we go into the world.
Lord, we don't know what lies ahead of us during the week. It's You, who holds the future, and You know what is best for us. Give us the patience to wait for the pleasures You have for us and let go of our anxiety.
Lord, we commend our family, relatives and friends. Thank You for giving them to us, to walk along with us in this life. Take every care of their needs and desires and protect each one of them as they get busy with their work.
Lord, may we not forget how precious we are to You. Help us to live a life that is pleasing to You - a life that seeks Your will not ours.
Lord, thank You for all Your mercy and grace You have showered on us along with such a wealth of heavenly privileges.

Gracious Heavenly Father, we come before You with a grateful heart on this worship Sunday.
Lord, thank You that You have drawn us with Your cords of love and letting us know that You are our Messiah , our personal Saviour and Heavenly Friend.
Lord, we build our faith on the Rock of our salvation. May we die to self so that we may live in Christ, and live each day to Your praise and glory.
Lord, thank You for Your ever enduring love that You have not judged us according to our own sin, for we would not stand the scrutiny of Your perfect righteousness, but Christ was judged in our place and punished for our sins.
Lord, help us to walk worthy of our calling, and may You be glorified in all that we say and do.
Lord, may we, who are Your body, live together in perfect peace & unity with grateful thanks for loving us so much and sending us Your Son Jesus to be our Prince of Peace.

FEAR OF THE LORD PROLONGS LIFE

Gracious Heavenly Father, we come into Your presence with humility and fear.
Lord, help us to develop a reverential fear in You in every area of our life. May we not lean on our own understanding, and not fear the world or worldly challenges but fear only You.
Lord, let our fear on You be the beginning of the wisdom, to fear sin. Not just because of its consequences, but because it grieves and displeases Your heart. Help us to depart from it.
Lord, let Your eye watch over us who fear and be the fountain of life to protect us from the snares of death. May we remember that You are not merely a Redeemer and a God of love, but also a Judge.
Lord, let all Your promises cleanse us, perfecting us in the fear of God. Be our Rock and our Refuge, and help us to trust in Your goodness and Your love. Give us the strength and courage we need to face our fears and find peace in You.

Gracious Heavenly Father, we thank You for adding a new day in our life.
Lord, thank You for surrounding us with Your favour and calling us the sheep of Your pasture, whose refuge and certainty is Jesus Christ.
Lord, we seek Your forgiveness and a renewed spirit for the moments we have walked astray. It's by Your grace we have come till this day. Grant us perseverance to finish this week.
Lord, we intercede for those who feel lost and depressed, downtrodden and uncared and noone to talk to. Let them realise that they too belong to Your flock and You are their Shepherd. Wrap Your hands around them and comfort them.
Lord, You are our Good Shepherd and we belong to Your flock. Lead and guide us in all our life's situations. Help us to plant our feet on the straight pathway, not only in the difficult times but in every situation of life.
