A Small Morning Family Prayer

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed morning. Thank You for waking us up healthy and safe on this new day.
Lord, as we enter a new week, may we find favour in Your sight that will be far better and greater than our past. Make a way where there seems to be no way.
Lord, we may, in our weakness go astray as we face each challenge and temptation ; be it at home, at work, and in our other transactions. Pardon us and help us to overcome such situations.
Lord, may we not retreat in our faith, but abide in You. Hold our hand, and walk us through, so that, together we can face tomorrow.
Lord, thank You for the blessings You have in store for each one of us. May we be confident and conscious that if we have faith, "we will receive".

A Small Morning Family Prayer

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing us to the close of this week.
Lord, thank You for guiding us and giving us hope through the week. You desired to hear from us and to speak to us each morning. It was not our mental fortitude but Your Spirit that strengthened all of us to face spiritual, emotional, and physical stress. You were by our side always.
Lord, thank You for all the blessings showered upon us and for the hedge of protection around us that saved us through many dangers and snares.
Thank You for walking ahead of us and making the crooked paths straight.
Lord, refresh us and all those who toiled through the week to earn their livelihood. Give them rest and a peaceful weekend. Let their earnings be sufficient enough to meet their needs. Provide them as You provided our needs and wants.
Lord, we trust in Your plans that are designed for us to prosper. You are an awesome God.....Let Your will alone be done in our lives.

OUR LORD GIVES US THE LIVING WATER

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this new day and for the assurance of the living waters.
Lord, Your assurance gives confidence to our family and friends to walk boldly amidst all odds and challenges.
Lord, let the living water flow through us to others so that they may also taste and see the goodness You bring in everyone's life.
Lord, we now raise up to You the needs and sufferings of our brethren. May we be Your instruments ; to pray for them and to show them kindness and generosity.
Lord, let Your mercy and goodness be experienced by them also. Lessen their agony and suffering and bless them with the abundance of life, health, comfort and other sources.
Lord, let the well of living water spring up and give everyone the eternal life You have promised.

THE LORD IS OUR REFUGE & STRENGTH

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of life and the privilege to see another new week.
Lord, we pray for Your continued presence and Your guiding Spirit to lead us each day. With You by our side, there is nothing that will happen to us, and there's nothing that You cannot help us get through.
Lord, this morning we pray for Your care and protection of the people of Israel whose peace is lost due to the sudden outbreak of war.
Lord, we pray for all those innocent people who enter this week under the shadow of war and terror. Especially the frightened children, women and sick people and the elders, be protected.
Lord, let Your wisdom prevail upon all the leaders of Israel who plan to restore peace in all the areas of unrest. Let no divisiveness and partisanship destroy the unity and brotherhood.
Lord, You do not let us down anytime, instead carry us on Your shoulder when we struggle to walk. Let no doubts or anxieties strip off our faith in You.
Lord, You are our God, who will not forsake Your people for Your great name’s sake. Let Your spirit of unity bring in the peace between all the secular groups in Israel and in our country.
Lord, fulfill all the purpose for all nations and so that Your name is glorified. You are our Refuge and strength.

THE LORD WILL HOLD US BY HIS HAND

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed Sunday.
Lord, thank You for renewing us again and again to stand firm and true to You, for, You are our help for redemption and reconciliation and to remain as a new creation.
Lord, may our hearts always know the joy that our struggle and suffering are not in vain, that if we are faithful, we will bring forth the fruit of righteousness.
Lord, let the message of reconciliation remain in us, and we remain as true ambassadors of Christ.
Lord, renew our energy and strengthen us to face the challenges of the new week. Make our steps firm and let Your guiding light make us walk without stumbling upon any hurdles that come our way.

OUR LORD’S LOVE ENDURES FOREVER

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for watching over us day and night and for Your presence, whole of this week.
Lord, Your Word never fails and does not disappoint us anytime. May we trust You always and be filled with overwhelming peace even in times of adversity.
Lord, help us to set our eyes and hearts on You. Cleanse us of our sins and give us the grace. We are Yours; You have chosen us to be strong and be freed from all evils. Help us, we beseech You.
Lord, thank You for Your care and provision and protection for us, our friends, and our household, from evil. Do not let us dash our feet against stones. Let Your angel guard all our plans.
Lord, help us to prepare ourselves for the worship tomorrow. Continue to be with us and nourish our souls.

GREAT IS OUR LORD

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed and merciful day. You are great and so very worthy of our praises every day.
Lord, praising You each morning and each moment is such a joyful moment that makes our hearts feel pleasant, to experience Your goodness beyond all measures.
Lord, You are the same always, whose compassion never fails. Let Your light remain in us always, and make us come before You in all sincerity.
Lord, You are near us who keeps a watch over us ; to provide our needs and to fulfill all our desires.
Help us to be disciplined to meditate on the glorious splendor of Your majesty and all You have done.
Lord, fulfill Your promises You have in store for us. May Your covenant of peace guard and protect us always. Look upon us with Your favor, and shower us with Your unending blessings.

OH TASTE & SEE THAT THE LORD IS GOOD

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this day filled with Your grace and mercy.
Lord, we long for the pure spiritual milk, so that we are nourished with grace and maturity in faith. Let our walk today and the days of our life be a testimony to all those we interact with.
Lord, thank You for the privilege given to taste Your goodness and forgiveness, because of which we are able to come boldly into Your presence to offer our praises to You and to intercede.
Lord, touch all those who enter this day with sadness and burden in their hearts with various challenges.
Lord, make them realize that You are with them at all times and that Your loving grace enfolds them forever.
Lord, we pray for ourselves. You are our Rock. We trust in You alone who will keep our heart in perfect peace.

Gracious Heavenly Father, we come before Your presence this morning, as one family.
Lord, we hear You knocking at the door of our life. We open the door of our home and our heart, and welcome You in, even though we are unworthy to invite You.
Lord, thank You for giving us the worthiness, not because of our own righteousness, but by Your grace and redemption of our soul through Christ.
Lord, may we be alert about the known and unknown pitfalls and perils that may make our footsteps stumble upon.
Lord, we pray for all those watching and waiting for Your deliverance in their families. Enter their homes and grant Your grace and mercy upon each family member.
Lord, we pray for all those who haven't heard of Your salvation. Let those unsaved and backslidden family members and friends hear the knock on the door, so that they also invite You into their hearts and homes.
Lord, we seek Your pardon for our timid, fearful and hesitant nature about sharing the Gospel of Your love with them. May we boldly go forth in sharing the Word that assures everlasting life to all of us.

FEAR NOT OR BE DISMAYED

Gracious Heavenly Father, we come before You this morning with a thankful heart. Let each one of us experience Your spiritual awakening when we make time with You, every morning.
Lord, may we hear You speak the words of affirmation, assurance and wisdom over our heart as we prepare to go into this day.
Lord, thank You for the gift of family and friends. Let them also receive all the goodness You have given to our family.
Lord, may we be content in all of our situations. Let our ears constantly hear the whisper of Your assurance saying,"Do not fear. I am with You, always".
Lord, keep us away from all harm and danger. May we confidently embrace anything that comes our way and see that as an opportunity to see You at work. Lead us by Your righteous right hand.

LORD WILL ESTABLISH ALL OUR PLANS

Gracious Heavenly Father, as we begin this week, we thank and seek Your continued grace upon us.
Lord, we kneel and submit ourselves and seek You for the strength to walk through this week. May we live a life that pleases You, and reap plentiful blessings.
Lord, may we understand that risks we take and challenges we face is an opportunity to experience Your presence during such times.
Lord, You are our Shepherd who will lead us and make way in the wilderness and open up streams in the desert.
Lord, may Your Word assure every individual that You will open the cornucopia (horn of abundance) of new blessings, complete healing, restoration of the lost job, and unexpected many more favours.
Lord, establish Your plans You have for us. Let Your superlative and surpassing graciousness and new mercies be experienced in every family member, each day.

WE ARE GOD’S CHOSEN ONES

Gracious Heavenly Father, we begin this new month with a thankful heart.
Lord, on this worship Sunday, accept our offerings and prayers we offer to You. Pour out Your Spirit on all the preachers and presbyters who share the Word of God with the congregation.
Lord, we, as Your chosen ones, pray for those who are burdened with many physical and family challenges. May we generously stretch out our hand to help those who are in need.
Lord, be with everyone of us, near and far. Let the jar of flour and jug of oil not run dry in every home, especially those who toil hard to get even one square meal a day for their family.
Lord, be our shelter when we are at home, our companion when we go out, and our welcome guest when we return home.
Lord, bless every home with Your peace, joy and Your favours. Strengthen our attempt to walk upright and pleasing in Your sight.
