A Small Morning Family Prayer

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed morning. Thank You for waking us up healthy and safe on this new day.
Lord, as we enter a new week, may we find favour in Your sight that will be far better and greater than our past. Make a way where there seems to be no way.
Lord, we may, in our weakness go astray as we face each challenge and temptation ; be it at home, at work, and in our other transactions. Pardon us and help us to overcome such situations.
Lord, may we not retreat in our faith, but abide in You. Hold our hand, and walk us through, so that, together we can face tomorrow.
Lord, thank You for the blessings You have in store for each one of us. May we be confident and conscious that if we have faith, "we will receive".

A Small Morning Family Prayer

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing us to the close of this week.
Lord, thank You for guiding us and giving us hope through the week. You desired to hear from us and to speak to us each morning. It was not our mental fortitude but Your Spirit that strengthened all of us to face spiritual, emotional, and physical stress. You were by our side always.
Lord, thank You for all the blessings showered upon us and for the hedge of protection around us that saved us through many dangers and snares.
Thank You for walking ahead of us and making the crooked paths straight.
Lord, refresh us and all those who toiled through the week to earn their livelihood. Give them rest and a peaceful weekend. Let their earnings be sufficient enough to meet their needs. Provide them as You provided our needs and wants.
Lord, we trust in Your plans that are designed for us to prosper. You are an awesome God.....Let Your will alone be done in our lives.

WE ARE THE CHILDREN OF GOD

Gracious Heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed Friday morning.
Lord, thank You for calling us as 'Your children' and granting us the privilege to call You, Abba, Father.
Lord, thank You for the gift of children, a treasure from You, whom You refer as our heritage. Make us the instrument, by which they will see the Christ like behaviour in us.
Lord, we thank You for placing Your hand on all the children and blessing them. Teach and guide them always, to express love to the people around them.
Lord, let no physical harm or bad influence corrupt our children's precious mind. Let them always exhibit the fruits of the Spirit and be the fountains of blessing to everyone around them.
Lord, may we also, with a childlike attitude, be open to all that You would want us to learn, to become worthy enough to enter Your kingdom.
Lord, thank You once again for being our heavenly Father and granting us all the privileges.

GREAT IS OUR LORD

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this new day gracefully given to us for a new start.
Lord, thank You for letting Your Spirit refresh our minds to see the path ahead and walk aright.
Lord, it is You who is with us; greater than those who are around us. Give us a clear mind and a peaceful heart to live in the light of Your salvation.
Lord, may we not fall for the schemes of this world but remain closer to You, always. Help us to take one step of faith at a time, trusting You every step of the way.
Lord, help us to be completely humble and be prepared to testify to this world that You, who is with us is greater than anyone in the world.

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for waiting to hear from us early morning.
Lord, thank You for Your desire to speak to us every day - to know our heart's desire; to guide and guard our hearts from the influences of this world; to encourage us so that we obey Your Word and enjoy an abundance of new mercies. Thank You for providing all our needs.
Lord, reinforce the faith of every family member, so that we endure till the end to become complete, lacking in nothing.
Lord, as a family, we intercede for those abandoned elders, orphaned children, left to fend for themselves and are facing severe hardships.
Lord, be their rock of support, their fortress of safety, their shepherd and defender. Let the missions and ministries that actively seek to reach out to these people, receive the required support.
Lord, we submit all our petitions with confidence. Quench our thirst with the living water and feed us with the bread of life.

LORD JESUS IS OUR GREAT TEACHER

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for Your presence early this morning, eager to teach us.
Lord, You, as our Teacher, taught us to seek wisdom which is better than jewels, and knowledge and understanding that are better than choice gold.
Lord, today, we commend all the teachers into Your mighty hands. Bless them with abundant wisdom and knowledge. Encourage them to keep learning, so that they make learning enjoyable and interesting to their students.
Lord, inspire them as they mould the lives of their students with good character and skill to bring a ray of hope to the society, their family and the nation.
Lord, we remember all our teachers who taught us in the past. Bless them with good health and happiness. Fill their homes with abundance of Your goodness and mercy.
Lord, we thank You for the way all the teachers give of themselves each day in the classroom, in spite of various health and their own family issues. Let Your strength make them rise to every challenge and not grow weary.
Lord, You being our Great Teacher, know all too well the challenges of being a teacher. Instruct and teach every teacher today, to handle all of those present day challenges and move "forward in faith ".

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed worship Sunday.
Lord, as we gather in Your Church, may we hold nothing back in our praise, our worship, our learning and our praying but worship You in Spirit and truth.
Lord, may we not hinder or spoil the reverence of the worship by our words, thoughts and deeds today. Let our actions, attitudes and the innermost motives behind our thoughts and words be pleasing to You and be a reflection of a true Christian.
Lord, touch every member of each family so that they may walk and do Your will. Give us the zeal to serve You and be guided by You, as we enter into the new week.
Lord, we pray for those who couldn't come to the Church due to various challenges. Especially those who are going through tough times, spiritually and physically. Just speak one Word, and they will be healed. You are the God of Hope who provide goodness and mercy for the weak and impaired.
Lord, we submit every care at Your feet. Make us worthy to receive mercy & favour all the days of our life.

SEEK THE LORD WITH ALL YOUR HEART

Gracious Heavenly Father, as this day unfolds, may we feel Your gentle touch upon each one of us.
Lord, as we get ready for a fresh start, we seek You with all our hearts, trusting in Your promise that You will make all things new on this day.
Lord, may we be assured of Your calm assurance throughout the day. Walk closely beside those who are in the way to healing and recovery from their prolonged difficult situations.
Lord, take control over every aspect of our life. We trust and stand firm on Your promises and surrender all our hurt, pain, worry, doubt, fear, and anxiety into Your compassionate care. Restore our fortunes; renew our spirits, fill us with Your peace and joy.

THE LORD GRACE EXCEEDS WITH FAITH & LOVE

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for adding another new month, filled with Your exceeding grace and mercy.
Lord, thank You for the great things You have done for us last month. Continue to be with us and lead us through this month also. Let Your Word be like a lamp to our feet and a light to our paths.
Lord, may we use every opportunity to honour and praise Your name. Cast away all obstacles that may prevent our relationship with You.
Lord, make us worthy to receive all the blessings You have in store for us, and fulfill the plans You have for our welfare, this month.
Lord, You are the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God. Let all honour and glory be unto You for ever and ever.

Gracious Heavenly Father, we come on our knees thanking You, for safely walking us till the close of this eighth month.
Lord, our hearts are filled with gratitude for Your abundant blessings. We praise and appreciate the goodness that You have bestowed upon us, amidst all challenges and hardships.
Lord, we thank You thousand times for Your amazing grace that made us to see joyous moments, good health, comfort and consolation and for every blessing You showered on us.
Lord, may we continue to lean on You instead of relying on our own understanding. May we be confident that Your goodness and mercy will follow us all the days of our life.
Lord, may we seek Your kingdom first, and not fear about anything but be courageous to the end, so that we bear fruit to the glory of Your name.
Lord, guide our steps and help us to walk the paths of abundance You have predestined for our life. It is You who holds our future.

DO NOT FEAR. ONLY BELIEVE

Gracious Heavenly Father, we come into Your presence with a thankful heart for adding us another day.
Lord, thank You for Your ever enduring grace that helps us to walk through each day.
Lord, You are our Father, because of which we are courageous and persevere to the end so that You can make our lives bear fruit for You.
Lord, thank You for shielding all Your children, from the fowler's snare and devil's schemes that were devised against us.
Lord, we pray for all those families facing various challenges, sickness and disappointments. Let Your consolation remain with them especially during the times of grief and sorrow.
Lord, may we hold the great shield of faith and do what pleases You and furthers Your kingdom on earth.
Lord, may we trust and believe in You and be courageous to the end. Walk ahead of us and make our crooked paths straight. Guide us and shield us.

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this day.
Lord, accept our prayer this morning and be the focus of our hope, because we take refuge and salvation from You.
Lord, may our prayer and praise become our daily delight and routine every morning. Examine our inner heart and secret thoughts and cleanse us.
Lord, may Your principles be practiced by us and that it becomes the standard in our life so that You may live in us and work through us for Your glory.
Lord, strengthen us, so that we may be drawn into a closer communion with You. Make us pure and holy in Your sight.
Lord, we commit all our desires and petitions and wait only for Your will to be done.
