A Small Morning Family Prayer

31/01/2022
Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed morning. Thank You for waking us up healthy and safe on this new day.
Lord, as we enter a new week, may we find favour in Your sight that will be far better and greater than our past. Make a way where there seems to be no way.
Lord, we may, in our weakness go astray as we face each challenge and temptation ; be it at home, at work, and in our other transactions. Pardon us and help us to overcome such situations.
Lord, may we not retreat in our faith, but abide in You. Hold our hand, and walk us through, so that, together we can face tomorrow.
Lord, thank You for the blessings You have in store for each one of us. May we be confident and conscious that if we have faith, "we will receive".
In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.Today’s Promise:
Jesus, “and whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.” Matthew 21:22 -

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing us to the close of this week.
Lord, thank You for guiding us and giving us hope through the week. You desired to hear from us and to speak to us each morning. It was not our mental fortitude but Your Spirit that strengthened all of us to face spiritual, emotional, and physical stress. You were by our side always.
Lord, thank You for all the blessings showered upon us and for the hedge of protection around us that saved us through many dangers and snares.
Thank You for walking ahead of us and making the crooked paths straight.
Lord, refresh us and all those who toiled through the week to earn their livelihood. Give them rest and a peaceful weekend. Let their earnings be sufficient enough to meet their needs. Provide them as You provided our needs and wants.
Lord, we trust in Your plans that are designed for us to prosper. You are an awesome God.....Let Your will alone be done in our lives.

LORD JESUS CHRIST BORE OUR SINS IN HIS BODY, HEALED US & HAS SET US FREE.

03/04/2026
Gracious Heavenly Father, we thank You for the privilege to see another blessed morning.
Lord, on this Good Friday we gather in one accord to remember the pain and suffering of Jesus on the Cross.
Lord, may we not be found standing amidst the crowd who cried out, "Crucify Jesus", but kneel at the Cross, remembering the price He paid on the Cross ✝️ for our redemption.
Lord, pardon us for our actions - when we beat You, bruised You, mocked and tortured You often. But You in turn showed us all grace and interceded for us with mercy flowing from Your wounded heart.
Lord, we pray for the people of other faiths who seek to understand the reason for Lent & Easter. Help them to see beyond the rituals and celebrations, that this season is to remember the ultimate humility & sacrifice of Your Son on all our behalf.
Lord, prepare our hearts to rejoice in You on the day of resurrection through which we received deliverance from every aspect of life's bondages.
Lord, make us one in the fullness of faith, so that we stand firm not to submit to the yoke of slavery of sins, again.

Lord, we commemorate the night Jesus was betrayed - the highlighting themes of sacrificial service, humility, and communion. May we introspect ourselves and confess our sins with a truthful heart.
Lord, let Jesus' command (_mandatum_) to love one another , be evident in our daily life. You set us an example to pardon even to the point of trial and betrayal.
Lord, help us by Your Spirit to retain and reflect all the learnings we learnt during this Lenten season, through fasting and prayers.
Lord, grant us the courage and strength when we come across the crosses in our life, to boldly face it, and submit ourselves to the will of our Father.
Lord, may we always remember Your love and forgiveness You bought us by Your Son Jesus' death and resurrection.
Lord, accept our pardon, we beseech You, for not being true to the confessions we make (made) many times, at the Eucharist table. Purge us & wash us with hyssop.
In Jesus' name, we pray Amen.Today’s promise:
