A Small Morning Family Prayer

31/01/2022
Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed morning. Thank You for waking us up healthy and safe on this new day.
Lord, as we enter a new week, may we find favour in Your sight that will be far better and greater than our past. Make a way where there seems to be no way.
Lord, we may, in our weakness go astray as we face each challenge and temptation ; be it at home, at work, and in our other transactions. Pardon us and help us to overcome such situations.
Lord, may we not retreat in our faith, but abide in You. Hold our hand, and walk us through, so that, together we can face tomorrow.
Lord, thank You for the blessings You have in store for each one of us. May we be confident and conscious that if we have faith, "we will receive".
In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.Today’s Promise:
Jesus, “and whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.” Matthew 21:22 -
A Small Morning Family Prayer

29/01/2022
Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing us to the close of this week.
Lord, thank You for guiding us and giving us hope through the week. You desired to hear from us and to speak to us each morning. It was not our mental fortitude but Your Spirit that strengthened all of us to face spiritual, emotional, and physical stress. You were by our side always.
Lord, thank You for all the blessings showered upon us and for the hedge of protection around us that saved us through many dangers and snares.
Thank You for walking ahead of us and making the crooked paths straight.
Lord, refresh us and all those who toiled through the week to earn their livelihood. Give them rest and a peaceful weekend. Let their earnings be sufficient enough to meet their needs. Provide them as You provided our needs and wants.
Lord, we trust in Your plans that are designed for us to prosper. You are an awesome God.....Let Your will alone be done in our lives.
In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.Today’s promise:
I will refresh the weary and satisfy the faint.” – Jeremiah 31:25 -

Gracious Heavenly Father, we thank You for this day of grace.
Lord, thank You for the glorious gospel of grace and redemption through Your Son Jesus Christ. May we not be fickle minded but stay spiritually alert and self-controlled in every situation.
Lord, grant us the spirit of boldness and inspire us to carry out the ministry boldly with everyone even amidst all sufferings.
Lord, let everyone understand the reason for Your Son's life on earth, His sacrifice on the Cross and His victory over death through resurrection.
Lord, help us to embrace the revelation of Your everlasting love, live and act according to the truth that we are all loved eternally by You.
Lord, may Your everlasting love be our anchor - in moments of joy and celebration as well as in trials and tribulations.
Lord, may we cling on to the old rugged Cross always and live a witnessing life for Your glory.

30/03/2026
Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for the blessed new week.
Lord, thank You for choosing to come among us in human form, to be a God with us and a God for us who on our behalf suffered the worst kind of death.
Lord, as we enter into the Holy Week, give us Your guidance and strength to walk with Jesus. Let the lessons we meditated during the Lent remain in our hearts and guide us through.
Lord, we have nothing to boast about our love for You, which we fail everyday. We can boast about only Your love on us which never fails.
Lord, thank You for carrying us close to Your bosom, always and caring for us. We seek Your pardon for the many moments we kissed to betray and flee away from You and yielded to satan's plan.
Lord, You are our Redeemer and Saviour. May Your Spirit that remains in our midst according to Your Covenant, lead us through the week.
In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.Today’s Promise:
Haggai 2:5
The Lord, “according to the covenant that I made with you….My Spirit remains in your midst. Fear not.” -

Lord, we gather in Your house of prayer to offer our shouts of praise and joy at Your coming. Enter into our lives and destroy the barriers and dividing walls of hostility within us and among us.
Lord, it was Your great mercy and compassion that You sacrificed Your Son to suffer death upon the Cross to buy us redemption.
Lord, help us to reflect the reverence to the people around us, knowing that You are the God of all nations, who hears our prayers.
Lord, lead us through the Holy Week, draw us closer to You and infuse our souls to sincerely meditate upon the bitter sufferings You went through, for our sake.
Lord, You the God of restoration. Cast away all our anxieties and grant our desires with fresh awakening, renewed faith, joy, and a deeper relationship with You.
