A Small Morning Family Prayer

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed morning. Thank You for waking us up healthy and safe on this new day. 

Lord, as we enter a new week, may we find favour in Your sight  that will be far better and greater than our past. Make a way where there seems to be no way. 

Lord, we may, in our weakness go astray as we face each challenge and temptation ;  be it at home, at work, and in our other transactions. Pardon us and help us to overcome such situations. 

Lord, may we not retreat in our faith, but abide in You. Hold our hand, and walk us through, so that, together we can face tomorrow. 

Lord, thank You for the blessings You have in store for each one of us. May we be confident and conscious that if we have faith, "we will receive". 

In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

Today’s Promise:
Jesus, “and whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.” Matthew 21:22

      Dear brother / sister,

      Firstly, I praise God for guiding me everyday to forward the prayers. What started as a small initiative six years ago, has come a long way….. It’s our Lord who strengthened me to do this without a break till today.

      There were times when I wanted to give up due to various challenges I went through but, it was HIM who stood by me and encouraged me through friends like you whose comments reassured our Lord’s guidance to carry out this small initiative.

      I post this prayer everyday around 5:30 am to my friend’s group and to many through whatsapp broadcast. Kindly share your contact, which I will add it to my broadcast distro list .

      I thank you for your encouraging comment . Please uphold me and my family in your personal and family prayers.
