     Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this worship Sunday.
     Lord, we come with gratitude for giving us the precious gift of  'mother'. Pour out Your  Spirit and empower all the mothers, as they fulfill their highest calling of being a mother, raising her children and passing on the faith and spirituality, for Your glory.
     Lord, motherhood was sanctified through the very life of Christ, even amidst agony and pain on the Cross.
     Lord, we pray for every mother who put their family first and give every attention to  provide for their family. Especially, be with those who struggle alone to raise the family. Give them every care and protection, good health and strength. 
     Lord, we pray for the foster mothers who is called to shower mother's love on the child. We pray for the 'mother- to- be' and the new mothers. Guide them through each step, as they care for their new borns.
     Lord, let every mother find  peace and joy in You. Fulfill their heart's desire and the purpose You have for each one of them.
     In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
