     Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You Master for giving us this blessed day. 
     Lord, as we progress through this day may we be granted the sense of balance, necessary to fulfill all that is asked of us.
     Lord, may we take time to evaluate what we do and ensure that our priorities are in proper order. 
     Lord, help us to become involved in what brings peace and happiness to ourselves and others.
     Lord, prepare our minds and hearts and make us worthy to come to Your presence in the evening with humility.
     In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
