     Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing us to the close of the tenth month in this year. 
     Lord, as we seek Your presence in prayer, may our hearts be aligned with Your will. We thank You for the privilege to consider us more valuable than the birds of the air.
      Lord, when we pause and look back over the past ten months, we could only see more of Your footsteps than ours. It was nothing but Your abounding grace, that was sufficient for us and it was then that You carried us.
     Lord, we thank You for closely watching over us - in times of happiness and sorrow, in health and sickness, doubts and fear and when at crossroads. 
     Lord, may we fear You and pin our hope on Christ - our solid Rock and stay the course, not swerving to the right or to the left. Let nothing draw us away from our closer walk with You.
     In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
