     Gracious Heavenly Father, we thank You for the gift of life to see the 1st day of the eleventh month this year.
     Lord, we remember and honor on this All Saints’ Day,  the life of the saints who have gone before us. May we be inspired to learn and embrace their virtues, their faith, hope, dedication and love.
     Lord, we submit in quiet dependence upon You, all our anxieties and challenges of the new month into Your hands, trusting that You would fight all our battles on our behalf.
     Lord, grant us strength - to endure the suffering, patience - to await Your will & timing, hope and grace - to persevere till the end.  
     Lord, we firmly trust that the struggles of this world are ultimately temporary and that our weeping will be replaced with laughter, and our pain with everlasting joy.
     In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
