Let us Start our day with A Small Morning Family Prayer

THE LORD CHASTENS US WITH HIS FATHERLY CARE.

     Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for Your grace today.
     Lord, we submit ourselves with a humble heart to Your chastening, and know that it is a not punishment, but a manifestation of Your fatherly love and care for our spiritual growth.
     Lord, help us to understand and endure it with faith, knowing that every trial You allow is to refine us, teach us, and shape us into the person You have called us to be.
     Lord, may we be strengthened by Your Spirit and the works of our hand be established, and we live each day granted by Your grace.
     Lord, thank You for accepting us as Your children. We surrender ourselves with gratitude for Your divine discipline in our life. Break us, melt us, mold us, and fill us.
     In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

Today’s Promise:
for the Lord disciplines those whom He loves, and chastises every child whom He accepts.”

    It should read:

    Lord, we submit ourselves with a humble heart to Your CHASTISEMENT and know that it is NOT A punishment, but a manifestation of Your fatherly love and care for our spiritual growth.
