     Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for another blessed Saturday morning.
     Lord, thank You for being a trustworthy Father who delights in us, and intends to discipline us and teach us for our good, and for Your glory.  
     Lord, may we not regard  Your discipline lightly or grow weary, but realize it as a sign of Your first love, favor and means to help us grow in grace and holiness. Let our faith be genuine so that we become worthy in Your sight. 
     Lord, continue to guide us and correct us when we stray away from Your path. Help us to see the purpose in Your discipline and to grow in wisdom and maturity.
     In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
