     Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for adding another blessed day for us.
     Lord, thank You for Your steadfast fast love and faithfulness that preserves and protects us each day.
     Lord, we, as Your children, realize the burden to pray for our nation. We petition before You the growing dissent between the citizens and our leadership, due to unjust laws and lack of empathy by the Government towards the pain of our fellowmen / youth. 
     Lord, let our leadership treat all  those with differing views, with courtesy and respect, listen to them and work together for justice, fairness, and mutually beneficial understanding.
     Lord, let our nation become a beacon of peace, justice, and common good, where leaders govern with integrity and citizens engage with love.
     Lord, we also pray for a spiritual and moral revival in our nation. Let Your providence prevail over our country.
     Lord, be our strength in the moments when we are tired, and know that You will sustain us. We trust in Your covenant that is trustworthy. We await all those good things You have promised us. 
     In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
