Let us Start our day with A Small Morning Family Prayer

REJOICE IN THE LORD & PRAY ALWAYS. ASK ANYTHING ACCORDING TO HIS WILL.

     Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed morning. 
     Lord, accept our thanksgiving, for You have blessed us with every spiritual and heavenly gift in Christ.
     Lord, let our heart always rejoice and be persistent in prayer, and be thankful, in all circumstances, expressing our gratitude, centred around our faith in You. 
     Lord, may we pray without ceasing, to maintain a continuous awareness of Your presence with us always, especially during trials. 
     Lord, may we always remember that our suffering produces endurance, which builds character, and character produces hope anchored in Your love, and not in changing circumstances.
     Lord, even though we submit our desires to You, let it be aligned with Your will and let Your purpose be revealed. 
     Lord, we trust in Your promise that we will receive whatever we ask, according to Your will. Hear us and grant our requests. 
     In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

Today’s Promise:
And this is the boldness we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.

    Although today is the 5th of August, your prayer is dated 6th August. But just below 1 John 5:14 the date link mentions 5th August.
