     Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed new day. 
     Lord, we enter this new week, fully trusting that, Your goodness and mercy shall follow us. Take control of our life and the lives of every one, as we stand firm, rooted in our faith. 
     Lord, cast away all anxiety that may discourage and weaken us. Place a hedge around our family, friends and relatives, so that we feel safe and protected. 
     Lord, we submit all our needs and the work of our hands under Your divine care. Fill us with Your grace and glory. Help us to walk upright and to maintain integrity in all our actions. 
     Lord, may we be confident that You will bestow Your favor and honor and will withhold no good thing from us. 
     In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
