     Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this weekend.
     Lord, thank You for being our Refuge and Fortress. We place our complete trust in You for protecting us from all harm and dangers, and providing us peace that surpasses all understanding.
     Lord, we look back and thank You for the answered prayers, innumerable blessings and Your Shield of protection that guarded us against all harm and dangers. 
     Lord, we consider the times of suffering to be a time for shaping and refining our faith so as to draw nearer to You. 
     Lord, strengthen us to persevere and build our spiritual resilience. We rely on You alone for our daily sustenance and protection. For, You are our Refuge and Strength. 
     In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
