     Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed day.
     Lord, we enter into this day with confidence that You are at our right hand, and that nothing can shake us. 
     Lord, we beseech Your continued presence with us - from the simplest chores to the most challenging decisions, we make. 
     Lord, comfort and strengthen those who wake up with disturbed thoughts and fear, about the challenges they have to face. 
     Lord, help us to approach everything with a spirit of excellence and a heart that seeks to glorify You.   
     Lord, let those who are recuperating from their illness be strengthened by Your Spirit. Let this day bring them hope and confidence that You will restore their health. 
     Lord, we cast all our worries, known and unknown challenges that are ahead of us, trusting in Your promise that You care for us.
     In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
