Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of life and for the promise that obedience brings abundance.
Lord, may we not wander away from the truth of Your Word, but submit to Your guidance, and partake in the benefits of obeying You.
Lord, give us an understanding heart and a love for You. Let it grow with every passing day, to live a witnessing life, and to enjoy the good of the land You have provided.
Lord, renew us from the inside out. Take away the rebellious heart and give us the heart that accepts, trusts, and obeys You.
Lord, thank You for granting us the divine designation as “Your treasured possession”. May we be worthy enough to retain this status by listening to Your voice and by adhering to Your commands.
Lord, let Your light show and direct us how to live with our eyes and hearts open by accepting it in a childlike way, all the good gifts from Your hand.
