Gracious Heavenly Father, we thank You for adding a new week in our life. You are an awesome God whose mercies are new every morning.
Lord, we come before You trusting in Your Word that You are eager to hear our prayers during the day break.
Lord, may we, after praying, remain patient and attentive, trusting that our prayers are heard and You will provide guidance and strength for the days ahead.
Lord, may we have faith that You alone are the source of our strength, peace and provision.
Lord, may we delight in You and stay connected with You through our prayer every morning and study of Your Word.
Lord, make our steps firm in You so that we are not cast headlong. Uphold us with Your righteous right hand.

In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.
