Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed morning. Thank You for waking us up healthy and safe on this new day.
Lord, as we enter a new week, may we find favour in Your sight that will be far better and greater than our past. Make a way where there seems to be no way.
Lord, we may, in our weakness go astray as we face each challenge and temptation ; be it at home, at work, and in our other transactions. Pardon us and help us to overcome such situations.
Lord, may we not retreat in our faith, but abide in You. Hold our hand, and walk us through, so that, together we can face tomorrow.
Lord, thank You for the blessings You have in store for each one of us. May we be confident and conscious that if we have faith, "we will receive".

A Small Morning Family Prayer

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing us to the close of this week.
Lord, thank You for guiding us and giving us hope through the week. You desired to hear from us and to speak to us each morning. It was not our mental fortitude but Your Spirit that strengthened all of us to face spiritual, emotional, and physical stress. You were by our side always.
Lord, thank You for all the blessings showered upon us and for the hedge of protection around us that saved us through many dangers and snares.
Thank You for walking ahead of us and making the crooked paths straight.
Lord, refresh us and all those who toiled through the week to earn their livelihood. Give them rest and a peaceful weekend. Let their earnings be sufficient enough to meet their needs. Provide them as You provided our needs and wants.
Lord, we trust in Your plans that are designed for us to prosper. You are an awesome God.....Let Your will alone be done in our lives.

OUR LORD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed day.
Lord, we exult in praise and gratitude that Your steadfast love permits us to take refuge and shelter in Your merciful provision.
Lord, thank You for knocking the doors of our heart. We invite You into our hearts to be with us and with our family to dine with us and to stay in our homes.
Lord, we intercede for all those affected by the heavy rain, especially people who are homeless and those facing difficulties due to floods.
Lord, provide them Your mercy and supply all their needs. Strengthen them to overcome the challenge of survival due to the rain.
Lord, we thank You for all Your goodness and grace showered on our family and on our friends and being our unseen Guest. Thank You for being so good to us

CHILDREN ARE THE HERITAGE & SHALL BE TAUGHT BY THE LORD

Gracious Heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed morning.
Lord, we thank and bring before You all the children into Your presence, who mean so much to You. Take them in Your hands and bless them.
Lord, we pray for all the new born babies, especially those who are left uncared and disowned by the parents due to various reasons. Give them Your protection and keep them safe and strong.
Lord, thank You for the gift of unique talents, knowledge bestowed upon each adolescent / teenage child. Give them Your wisdom as they go through their education. Guide and lead every child in all their future endeavours.
Lord, keep all the children away from the evils of this world. Let no bad influence corrupt their precious minds and no harm fall on them or illness touch them while they are away from home, pursuing their studies and their careers.
Lord, thank You for giving children as our heritage. Guide all the parents to train up the child in the way he should go and be taught by Your statutes. Give us the greater joy to hear that our children are walking in truth.

THE LORD IS OUR REFUGE & STRENGTH

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this worship Sunday.
Lord, we praise You for Your love and faithfulness to us. Your presence changed everything and empowered us to live each moment of every day, content in knowing that You are in control.
Lord, may we be attentive to the Word and realise Your presence during the worship. Help us to spend time for our inner reflection and examination, as we prepare to take part in the Eucharist.
Lord, we pray for all the children who present themselves for the first time at the altar, and stretch out their hands to receive Your body and blood. Lay Your hands and bless them and their parents. Let them turn to You for comfort, guidance, and wisdom as they grow into full and true discipleship.
Lord, we place before You as one flock, our prayers and petitions. May we walk in Your wisdom and purposes, stay strong and true to You. Make our footsteps firm on solid ground.
Lord, we pray for Your protection of our families, and everyone. Keep us distanced from every evil intent aimed at us. Let Your hand cover us and be a barrier over us.

LONG FOR THE SPIRITUAL MILK & RECEIVE HIS SALVATION

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for giving us another grace filled Saturday. You words are the source of our life that remain true to this day.
Lord, let our hunger and thirst for Word and truth increase each day. For, it is Your Word that touch our hearts and many, to comfort and restore, to help and do miracles for those in need.
Lord, as we rest at home, may we not be obsessed with the moments of troubles and difficulties that went by. Instead, may we remember the moments of Your grace and mercy that helped us to sail through those situations.
Lord, thank You for being faithful in fulfilling the desires of many during the week. Satisfy us with the pure spiritual milk and make us worthy to receive Your salvation.

HE HAS PROMISED NEVER TO LEAVE US ALONE

Gracious Heavenly Father, we thank You for this new day.
Lord, thank You for being with us each moment and walking beside us and ahead of us. Thank You for leading us around all the stumbling blocks that came our way.
Lord, thank You for always being there, and giving us the shoulder to lean upon, when our hearts are troubled. May we be persistent in our faith amidst all distractions we may come across.
Lord, we pray for all those who are right now troubled, disturbed or scared by the various problems that are in front of them. Give them the same courage and confidence You gave us that, "You will never leave us alone." It is You, who will come to rescue them from all troubles.
Lord, we commend every other challenges faced by everyone who struggle to meet their needs. Bless their work and labour.
Lord, pardon us for the hours we have wasted in worrying about things. Renew and refresh our spirit, fill us with Your peace and joy.

FEAR NOT. THE SPIRIT WILL REMAIN IN OUR MIDST & TEACH ALL THINGS

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for Your Spirit, that leads us, helps us to go forward in body and soul.
Lord, thank You for this privilege and the spirit of love, power and sound mind and not the spirit of fear. May we be conscious of this privilege and not undertake anything in human strength but allow Your spirit to work within us.
Lord, continue to protect us through Your great goodness and faithfulness, as was in the past. We commend all of us into Your hands. Lead us by Your right hand and teach us to stand strong to walk by truth and not by our feelings.

THE LORD GIVES WISDOM & KNOWLEDGE

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this day You have opened for us. May we rejoice and be glad as we walk through each moment.
Lord, thank You for the gift of our children, our heritage. We remain grateful to You for giving them to us. May we be Your channels through which they may learn to be God fearing and disciplined.
Lord, let them exhibit the fruits of the Spirit and be the fountains of blessing to everyone around them. Grant them wisdom, guidance and strength.
Lord, make their steps steady and firm as they prepare to face higher challenges. May we reflect our firmness of faith in You, and take our children along Your grace and strength.
Lord, let our children also experience Your guidance as we do, that helped / helps us to walk through the highs and lows in our life.

THE LORD WHO PROMISED IS FAITHFUL

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this day filled with grace and new mercies.
Lord, thank You for leading us and guiding us through Your Holy Spirit. We believe that You exist even before the world came into existence. We trust that You sustain our world with Your word of grace.
Lord, we often forget , in our weakness, Your presence with us and give in to our own decisions. We even forget Your deliverance we experienced many times in our life. Pardon us when we falter in our faith and doubt Your promises during the times of trials.
Lord, let our faith have actions so that our faith is not dead without action. May we not shrink back but be preserved by our faith. Strengthen us to remain firm in You; our dear Redeemer and Protector.

THE LORD WILL GUARD US AS THE APPLE OF HIS EYE

Gracious Heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed pleasant morning.
Lord, thank You for all the successes and the new blessings we received last week. Light up our paths with Your word and watch over us as the apple of Your eye. Take control of our mind, ears, and eyes to receive Your direction always and to stand against any temptation.
Lord, open up ways to receive Your support as we look out for better opportunities and breakthroughs in our financial needs, a new job or business openings, contracts, etc.,
Lord, bless those who await a miraculous healing in every kind of sickness that prevail in their homes. Just say one Word, and they will be healed. Let happiness be filled in their homes.
Lord, Your Word always is our strength and joy. Encircle us and hold us close to Your bosom. For, we are strong when we are on Your shoulders.

THE LORD GIVES STRENGTH TO HIS PEACE

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this Sunday.
Lord, as we gather to worship today , may we uphold the foundational bedrock of our Christian faith, where Christ is the focus of our hope; and from where we take refuge and salvation.
- let our prayer and praise become the daily delight of each member of our household to retain our faith.
- let Godly principles and practices become the standard and not the exception in our life.
Lord, we thank You for the blessings and goodness showered on us thus far. Fill us with Your peace and give us the strength to climb over the mountains we come across.
Lord, we submit all our desires and petitions to You. . Let nothing distract us in the week ahead as we remain under Your wings.
