Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed morning. Thank You for waking us up healthy and safe on this new day.
Lord, as we enter a new week, may we find favour in Your sight that will be far better and greater than our past. Make a way where there seems to be no way.
Lord, we may, in our weakness go astray as we face each challenge and temptation ; be it at home, at work, and in our other transactions. Pardon us and help us to overcome such situations.
Lord, may we not retreat in our faith, but abide in You. Hold our hand, and walk us through, so that, together we can face tomorrow.
Lord, thank You for the blessings You have in store for each one of us. May we be confident and conscious that if we have faith, "we will receive".

A Small Morning Family Prayer

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing us to the close of this week.
Lord, thank You for guiding us and giving us hope through the week. You desired to hear from us and to speak to us each morning. It was not our mental fortitude but Your Spirit that strengthened all of us to face spiritual, emotional, and physical stress. You were by our side always.
Lord, thank You for all the blessings showered upon us and for the hedge of protection around us that saved us through many dangers and snares.
Thank You for walking ahead of us and making the crooked paths straight.
Lord, refresh us and all those who toiled through the week to earn their livelihood. Give them rest and a peaceful weekend. Let their earnings be sufficient enough to meet their needs. Provide them as You provided our needs and wants.
Lord, we trust in Your plans that are designed for us to prosper. You are an awesome God.....Let Your will alone be done in our lives.

TAKE HEART. OUR LORD HAS OVERCOME THE WORLD

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this new day.
Lord, thank You for the peace that is like a river and our righteousness as the light and justice as a noonday.
Lord, continue to be with us through Your Spirit, we pray. Speak with us and tell us what we need to hear so that we can understand what draws us always nearer to You.
Lord, may we see the might of Your hand that helps and guards us all the time. May we take heart and handle all challenges we are to face, keeping You by our side.
Lord, may we be confident that through all the storms and distress of the world, You are mighty in protecting and sheltering those who trust in You.

FEAR THR LORD. FOR HIS STEADFAST LOVE IS FROM EVERLASTING

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for gathering us together this morning as Your family to praise You with one heart and one voice.
Lord, let our praise be heard by You on earth in the midst of all the evils that still confront us. We thank You for Your protection, for all the help and deliverance You give us.
Lord, thank You for the hope You put into our hearts. We thank You for the hope that we may yet see great things done through the working of Your Spirit, for us,
and for all people and nations around us. Help us to use the opportunities given to us to demonstrate Christlike kindness to our neighbours.
Lord, let Your love not rest until life on earth has come into Your hands and all may rejoice. May we thrive and experience the relationship with You and be reminded of Your steadfast love.

TRUST IN THE LORD, FOR HE KEEPS US IN PERFECT PEACE

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed peaceful morning.
Lord, we kneel before You this morning to praise You, to thank You, to glorify You for all the goodness and peace You brought into each of our life. You kept away from us all the restlessness and the turmoil. We thank You.🙏
Lord, thank You for sending out Your goodness through Your word to many sorrowful hearts who are down with sickness, poverty, and are uncared for. Renew their strength and restore to them Your gifts of gladness and strength.
Lord, give us a cheerful heart even if any of the things do not go our way. Keep us in perfect peace, and shine through us so that every person we meet may also feel Your presence, for we trust in You alone.

YOU ARE THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for calling us the 'light of the world.'
Lord, we are truly blessed to know Your gospel. You circumcised our hearts and made a covenant with us.
Lord, we intercede for all those who have not heard or learnt about the gospel. As they celebrate their festival of lights, we pray that their hearts be opened, so that they can see the Way, the Truth and the Life through Your Son Jesus Christ.
Lord, may we be bold enough to proclaim the goodness of the Gospel to them that they may also be saved. May we share with them Christ’s power and victory over sin, satan, and death and about His second coming.
Lord, let the power of Your Spirit work in their hearts and bring them into salvation, so that they may also glorify Your name. Let our actions and behaviour reflect our true relationship with You, through Your Son Jesus Christ.

OUR LORD, OUR GOD IS OUR SALVATION

Gracious Heavenly Father, we thank You for adding another worship Sunday to Your children.
Lord, accept our thanks offering, prayers, confession and intercession. Especially the thanksgiving prayers of those who attend Your service after a long gap.
Lord, let no scornful thoughts occupy our minds during the worship. Intercede and help us to be attentive to the gospel we are to learn from Your scriptures. Refresh our spirits and all those who partake in the service.
Lord, let no fear or doubts distract anyone whose minds are filled with many challenges personally and as a family. May we all remember that we are bought with a price and are special in Your sight, called as Your children.
Lord, may we confidently return home with Your blessed assurance that You, our Great Redeemer would lead us, guide us and land us safely on Cannan's side.

THE LORD IS COMING. BE PREPARED

Gracious Heavenly Father, we go on our knees this morning, to thank You for showing Your grace upon us.
Lord, thank You for blessing us with Your perfect gifts each day, and for providing us our needs and for protecting us from all known and unknown dangers that came our way. You made us stronger and better, than ever before, by teaching us and guiding each step we walked through.
Lord, may we introspect ourselves and overcome our shortcomings as we look upto enter the week ahead. Let Your hand be upon everyone of us this weekend and bring joy, laughter, peace, and rest to all of us.
Lord, may we be prepared and be awake as we await Your second coming. May we be vigil on our readiness, and not become complacent in our relationship with You, but be found worthy to receive You, anytime.

OUR LORD IS FAITHFUL WHO KEEPS HIS COVENANT

Gracious Heavenly Father, we come to Your presence in oneness, realising Your greatness. You are an awesome God, who keeps the covenant and steadfast love.
Lord, we delight in Your name and fear Your name. Accept our prayers. Let Your hand be upon us and provide all the mercies we need.
Lord, may we find favour in Your sight today. Let no sadness of our heart overshadow the happy moments we are to experience today given by Your grace.
Lord, we accept our shortcomings and trespasses against You. Forgive us, for, we are Your people redeemed by Your great power and by Your strong hand.
Lord, may we cling on to our confession of hope and remain faithful., so that we will raise and build for Your glory.

THE LORD’s WORD IS NOT ALTERED

Gracious Heavenly Father, we thank and praise You for the innumerable blessings showered on each one of us.
Lord, we trust in You and Your words which are not altered. May we hold our love on You firmly with all our strength and share the same with one another. Give us the grace to be consistent in fearing You so that we can continue to enjoy Your blessings over our life.
Lord, You are the true vine and our source of life. May we remain in You to bear much fruit and accomplish Your purpose for us in the world.
Lord, we submit ourselves to You, for, without You, we can do nothing. Give us a helping hand whenever things and situations seem petty and tough.
Lord, may we delight in You and experience Your love all through our life to receive the desires of our heart.

FORGIVE OTHERS

Gracious Heavenly Father, we come with a desire to meet with You this morning.
Lord, we thank You for watching over us last night and adding us another day in our lives.
Lord, You are an awesome God; we praise You for blessing us beyond our imagination, and filling us with an overwhelming joy in our hearts.
Lord, keep away all the circumstances that bring doubt, confusion and fear that may spoil the peace among us.
Lord, with the help of Your grace we resolve and confess all our sins. Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.
Lord, as we journey through this day, let Your mighty hand lead us and guide us.

THE LORD WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU NOR FORSAKE YOU

Gracious Heavenly Father, we bow down before You this morning with our praises and thanksgiving.
Lord, thank You for giving us the health and strength we need each day, to overcome every stronghold in our life. Thank You for satisfying us with Your steadfast love unconditionally every day.
Lord, let Your word be a lamp to our feet and a light to our path. Cleanse us of anything that is displeasing to You.
Lord, let Your favour be upon us so that the work of our hands are established. Let our eyes see Your hand in all that we go through. Especially with those who feel lost and abandoned from their families.
Lord, none of us are alone. For You have promised never ever to leave us alone, but go with us and never leave or forsake us. May we trust on Your promise and rejoice all our days.
