A Small Morning Family Prayer

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed morning. Thank You for waking us up healthy and safe on this new day.
Lord, as we enter a new week, may we find favour in Your sight that will be far better and greater than our past. Make a way where there seems to be no way.
Lord, we may, in our weakness go astray as we face each challenge and temptation ; be it at home, at work, and in our other transactions. Pardon us and help us to overcome such situations.
Lord, may we not retreat in our faith, but abide in You. Hold our hand, and walk us through, so that, together we can face tomorrow.
Lord, thank You for the blessings You have in store for each one of us. May we be confident and conscious that if we have faith, "we will receive".

A Small Morning Family Prayer

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing us to the close of this week.
Lord, thank You for guiding us and giving us hope through the week. You desired to hear from us and to speak to us each morning. It was not our mental fortitude but Your Spirit that strengthened all of us to face spiritual, emotional, and physical stress. You were by our side always.
Lord, thank You for all the blessings showered upon us and for the hedge of protection around us that saved us through many dangers and snares.
Thank You for walking ahead of us and making the crooked paths straight.
Lord, refresh us and all those who toiled through the week to earn their livelihood. Give them rest and a peaceful weekend. Let their earnings be sufficient enough to meet their needs. Provide them as You provided our needs and wants.
Lord, we trust in Your plans that are designed for us to prosper. You are an awesome God.....Let Your will alone be done in our lives.

HE WILL DELIVER US AGAIN

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed morning filled with new mercies Lord, we rejoice before You. For, Your promise is sure and Your works will be revealed to the glory of Your name. Lord, it is You who established us in Your Son Jesus Christ, anointed us, and has also put Your seal on us and given us Your Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee. Lord, thank You for emboldening us by Your spirit when our hearts are burdened. You delivered us many times from all evil, and promised us ti deliver us again. Lord, grant us steadfast faith in the grace of Jesus Christ. May we support each other and stay connected through our prayers for each other. Lord, thank You for all the blessings granted to us through the prayers of many. You are the Father of all mercies and a God of all comfort. HE IS WITH US – TO THE END OF THE AGE

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for adding a new week. Lord, as we take up our commitments, we kneel before You and submit ourselves to you. May we fear and keep the commandments and walk in Your ways. Lord, may we use even the smallest opportunity we get, to share the gospel and our testimony without hesitation with those we meet or work along. May we be courageous enough to be Your channel to carry on the mission of Your Son Lord Jesus Christ. Lord, thank You for going before us and making our crooked paths straight. Be with us and help us to live according to Your Word. Let our prayers not be self centred, seeking only our needs and wants. Lord, may we be the true men and women standing at the side of Jesus Christ our Savior, who has been patient in all things with all people. Thank You for the promise that You will be with us and never forsake us till the end of the age. MOTHER’S LOVE

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this worship Sunday.
Lord, we come with gratitude for giving us the precious gift of 'mother'. Pour out Your Spirit and empower all the mothers, as they fulfill their highest calling of being a mother, raising her children and passing on the faith and spirituality, for Your glory.
Lord, motherhood was sanctified through the very life of Christ, even amidst agony and pain on the Cross.
Lord, we pray for every mother who put their family first and give every attention to provide for their family. Especially, be with those who struggle alone to raise the family. Give them every care and protection, good health and strength.
Lord, we pray for the foster mothers who is called to shower mother's love on the child. We pray for the 'mother- to- be' and the new mothers. Guide them through each step, as they care for their new borns.
Lord, let every mother find peace and joy in You. Fulfill their heart's desire and the purpose You have for each one of them.

HE REWARDS THOSE WHO TRUST HIM

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for being with us and guarding us through the night.
Lord, we acknowledge that You alone is our Jehovah.
Lord, thank You for providing us. Jehovah Jireh - our provider. We boldly say, we lack nothing. Our cup runneth over.
Lord, thank You for giving us peace Jehovah Shalom - the peace that surpasses all our understanding. We are not anxious about anything.
Lord, thank You for Your healing Jehovah Rapha. All our infirmities and our sicknesses are healed and our body completely restored.
Lord, thank You for leading us Jehovah Raah - our Shepherd. You lead us by the still waters and green pastures.
Lord, thank You for placing a banner over us and fighting the battle on our behalf Jehovah Nissi - we will not be put to shame in any situation.
Lord, thank You for being there Jehovah Shammah for all the children. You are always present and attentive to their needs as their heavenly Father.
Lord, make us worthy to receive the rewards of Your goodness & mercy, favor & abundance all the days of our life. Let our faith be in a manner pleasing in Your sight.

THE LORD IS THE SAVING REFUGE

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this day added by Your grace and mercy.
Lord, we submit ourselves to You. Rule over us in strength, and grant us Your light. Let Your Spirit be with us and lead us.
Lord, may we have joy and trust even under all the strain and stress that we face each day.
Lord, shine into the darkness of the world. Show us more and more clearly the ways we need to walk each day and every situation.
Lord, strengthen our faith each day, as we affirm our faith in You. May all our actions bring praise and honor to You alone.

THE LORD IS GOOD TO ALL

Gracious Heavenly Father, as we begin this day,may we hear You, knocking on the doors of our heart.
Lord, we are small and insignificant. Yet, You first loved us and called us 'Your children' . You stand at the door and wait for us to let You in. We invite You, into our hearts and our home to have an intimate relationship with You, contrite in spirit and with humility,
Lord, may we not be complacent but share the message of redemption with those we meet everyday. Help us to make them also aware that You are knocking at their door to be with them and to dine them.
Lord, we pray for ourselves. We, most of the times, in our self sufficiency of things, forget You but seek You only during our testing times. Pardon us.
Lord, we thank You for all Your goodness and grace assured for us and all the brethren known and unknown to us. Come Lord; Dine with us; Stay with us; Journey with us. You are good to all and Your mercy is over all You have made.

THE LORD IS OUR STRONGHOLD

Gracious Heavenly Father, we pray and thank You for giving us the strength to be strong in our faith, today.
Lord, You know the roads ahead of us that we would walk today and the days ahead. Carry us if we falter in our steps and feel too weak to move. Forgive us, if we stumble in them.
Lord, help us to move beyond the hurdles that may cross over our paths. Give us the wisdom to look up and see beyond the yonder.
Lord, we are weak but You are strong. May we not in our weakness fail and widen our spiritual distance from You.
Lord, thank You for listening to our prayer and delivering us from the troubles that surrounded us. In the same way, touch the lives of the people around us and grant them Your blessings upon each one of them. Fulfill the desires of their heart.

LORD’s COMPASSION

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this new day filled with Your new mercies.
Lord, You make everything beautiful and new in its time. You are bigger than any challenges, and nothing is hidden from Your eyes. May we wait for Your will to be done in Your time.
Lord, in our ficklemindedness we may focus on wordly challenges that disturb our minds - may be a prolonged sickness, debts, joblessness, judicial matters, family breakups, delayed parenthood and many other issues. Help us to overcome the stress that arise due to any such challenges.
Lord, our thoughts are not Your thoughts, neither are Your ways our ways. Just give us the endurance to remain truthful as Your witnesses. Lead us and guide us.

SAVED BY GRACE

Gracious Heavenly Father, we come before You this morning as a family. It was Your grace that saved us each day and filled us with hope and joy. Lord, thank You for eagerly watching over us and waiting to hear our prayer every morning. Lord, may we remember that it is You who give us strength to climb the mountain and lead us all around. You are more concerned to respond to us appropriately. Lord, place Your loving hand upon each one of us and allow Your Spirit to flow into us to cleanse the depths of our soul and body and restore us. Lord, Your is grace is sufficient for us. May we not fear, doubt or get anxious, for, joy of the Lord is our strength. Grant us a quiet mind and an expectant heart and Your assured presence, always. WORKERS’ DAY

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for the new month added by Your grace. Lord, as we observe workers' day today, we commend into Your hands all who work in fields, factories, industries, housemaids, public utility workers, contractual labourers and all those who toil everyday in various areas of work to earn their bread and butter. Lord, give them good health, protection and safety as they work in dangerous, hazardous and unclean environment. Lord, bless their earnings as they toil to provide for their family. Let the bowl of flour not be exhausted nor the jar of oil become empty, in their homes. Lord, we commend those who employ these workers, into Your hands. Give them a heart of flesh, so that they may not be inhumane with the workers. Lord, let the workers be true to their employers. Let both of them bond well and treat each other with humanity. Teach them guide them, and bless them. In Jesus' name we pray , Amen.Today's Promise: You shall eat the fruit of the labor of your hands; you shall be blessed,, and it shall be well with you. Psalms 128:2
