Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed morning. Thank You for waking us up healthy and safe on this new day.
Lord, as we enter a new week, may we find favour in Your sight that will be far better and greater than our past. Make a way where there seems to be no way.
Lord, we may, in our weakness go astray as we face each challenge and temptation ; be it at home, at work, and in our other transactions. Pardon us and help us to overcome such situations.
Lord, may we not retreat in our faith, but abide in You. Hold our hand, and walk us through, so that, together we can face tomorrow.
Lord, thank You for the blessings You have in store for each one of us. May we be confident and conscious that if we have faith, "we will receive".

A Small Morning Family Prayer

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing us to the close of this week.
Lord, thank You for guiding us and giving us hope through the week. You desired to hear from us and to speak to us each morning. It was not our mental fortitude but Your Spirit that strengthened all of us to face spiritual, emotional, and physical stress. You were by our side always.
Lord, thank You for all the blessings showered upon us and for the hedge of protection around us that saved us through many dangers and snares.
Thank You for walking ahead of us and making the crooked paths straight.
Lord, refresh us and all those who toiled through the week to earn their livelihood. Give them rest and a peaceful weekend. Let their earnings be sufficient enough to meet their needs. Provide them as You provided our needs and wants.
Lord, we trust in Your plans that are designed for us to prosper. You are an awesome God.....Let Your will alone be done in our lives.

Gracious Heavenly Father,
thank You for this day and for the
new week.
Lord, let our faith in Your Word develop and grow, so that we live a witnessing life praising You, and boldly proclaiming the gospel to others in these spiritually challenging times.
Lord, we remember and pray for the life of Graham Staines, his children and all others who have been martyred for the sake of gospel. Bless their family members who live a witnessing life in spite of sacrificing their loved ones.
Lord, we pray for the suffering
of all those in Your ministry who are facing imprisonment, death, trial and suffering caused by us and by others.
Lord, we pray for all those who are yet to know that You alone are God, worthy of all the praises. Let them know that every knee should bend and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ alone is Lord.
Lord, may we as Your treasured possession value Your Word and hold fast our faith till the end. Thank You for the promise that You will always be with us.

Gracious Heavenly Father, we thank You for the worship Sunday. Thank You for always watching over our family.
Lord, as we gather in Your sanctuary, let our thoughts be aligned and remain focused on the scriptures we are to meditate.
Lord, we commend all the preachers into Your hands. Fill them with Your holy Spirit and strengthen them as they share the Word of God with us.
Lord, speak into the depths of our hearts, the Word that stills our fears and calms our anxieties. Fill us with positive thoughts so that we may feel Your holy presence.
Lord, enable us to affirm our faith in true Spirit and celebrate our distinct abilities and strive for the oneness of heart and mind for the well being of everyone.
Lord, help us to be grafted into Christ so that we may bear much fruit. Save us from the backslidings in which we have sinned, and make us worthy to be Your people.
Lord, through this prayer we share the peace with all our family and friends. We go into the new week trusting on Your promises.

Gracious Heavenly Father, we thank You for walking us through each moment of this week.
Lord, thank You for being so concerned and curious to hear our prayers every morning. Thank You for giving command over the angels to guard us and deliver us from all dangers and turmoil that came near us.
Lord, it was Your hand that led our journey through the week , Your Word helped us to remain in faith and Your power kept us in perfect peace.
Lord, may we spend our time to count and cherish the moments we experienced Your nearness and Your hand in everything we did during the week.
Lord, let this Saturday be a day of blessings. Let every member in the family make time to feel the warmth and bountiful joy as they prepare themselves for the worship Sunday.
Lord, outpour Your blessings upon each member of the family. Let every house be filled with peace and laughter, every heart with gratitude, and every soul with the awareness of Your presence.

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for Your never-failing goodness and mercy towards each one of us, everyday.
Lord, You have been the strength and comfort of our hearts and have been so gracious on us despite our weakness.
Lord, help us not to hanker after the things that will pass away like the morning mist and separate us from Your love.
Lord, we pray for all the people around us and those who continue to suffer without help and without sufficient financial support to meet their needs, sickness and separation in the family and many other difficulties. Let Your hand bring about all good things for all of us.
Lord, we are weak and will fail, but You are our strength and our portion forever. Command Your angels to guard us in all our ways.

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this new morning filled with Your new mercies.
Lord, thank You for the gift of hope and joy given in Your name. May we realise that we are a new creation in Christ when we live in complete dependence on You.
Lord, thank You for the gift of family, relatives and friends.Help us to hold fast to the word of life and appear as a light and possess godly unity among us. Give us the humility of hearts, transform us and make us Your channel of love.
Lord, may we pray for others than praying for ourselves and our needs. Give us one mind in Christ so that we don't judge, but act justly with love, mercy, and walk humbly before You.
Lord, may we submit in patience and serve each other. Increase the attitude of acceptance of others' shortcomings.
Lord, may we be true, 'disciples', not only in words and thoughts, but true disciples at heart, loving our neighbors at every step of the way.

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this day. Our hearts are filled with praise and thanks this morning , for all Your promises that never fail.
Lord, comfort us with Your promise every day, enabling us to hold on to our faith without wavering or going astray through any situations.
Lord, may we take everything to You, our Abba Father, in prayer and be true to You in our hearts.
Lord, let Your Spirit be with all of us and guide us so that we may carry out Your will, always. Thank You for the promise that You will supply all our needs according to Your will.

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this day filled with riches of Your eternal grace and for all that You are holding for us in heaven.
Lord, pour out in great measure, Your never-failing grace, Your matchless mercy, and Your inner peace which is beyond human understanding.
Lord, may we remember that we are not called according to our own merit but by Your grace and Your grace alone.
Lord, may we share this glorious gospel of grace with those who do not know Christ as their Saviour and encourage each other to develop the qualities of faithfulness, fortitude and forbearance.
Lord, may we be strong and be courageous in our Christian walk. Make us worthy to receive the reward You have for us. Use us for Your greater praise and glory.

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for adding a new week in our life.
Lord, this morning we commend our plans and purposes into Your hands so that it may be aligned with Your Word and be fulfilled by us.
Lord, let our actions bear fruit in spite of our faults and weaknesses. Cast away the pride and haughty spirit from us. Give us the Spirit that is humble and lowly.
Lord, our plans may be many but there is no good besides Your purpose. May we, “agree with You", and be at peace; thereby only good will come to us.
Lord, incline Your ear towards our prayer and strengthen us to yield the full fruition of the purpose You have for us, for Your prasie and glory.

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this worship Sunday.
Lord, we humble before Your throne of grace this morning as we prepare to take part in the Holy Eucharist service. Open our ears and our hearts so that we hear You speaking to us and can follow the voice that guides us.
Lord, may we be conscious not to bring discredit to Your name through all our actions and motives but become increasingly conformed to the likeness of Christ.
Lord, thank You for being our Good Shepherd and the only Door to enter into the sheepfold. Guard us and guide us , keep and protect us from all the perils and dangers of this world. Help us to grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Saviour.

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for adding this day of Your grace. Thank You for strengthening us throughout the week to cope with all situations
Lord, may we utilize the time we send at home this weekend, to reconcile and review our spiritual growth - as an individual and as a family. Transform our shortcomings that need correction, by renewing our minds.
Lord, may we remain truthful to the purpose You have for each of us, and prepare us for the renewed time that is to come.
Lord, strengthen all those who have to go through great suffering, especially the destitute and the dying.
Lord, in our steadfast faith we shall praise You, no matter what happens now or in the days ahead. As we wait for Your salvation, give us the power and increase our strength.
