A Small Morning Family Prayer

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed morning. Thank You for waking us up healthy and safe on this new day.
Lord, as we enter a new week, may we find favour in Your sight that will be far better and greater than our past. Make a way where there seems to be no way.
Lord, we may, in our weakness go astray as we face each challenge and temptation ; be it at home, at work, and in our other transactions. Pardon us and help us to overcome such situations.
Lord, may we not retreat in our faith, but abide in You. Hold our hand, and walk us through, so that, together we can face tomorrow.
Lord, thank You for the blessings You have in store for each one of us. May we be confident and conscious that if we have faith, "we will receive".

A Small Morning Family Prayer

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing us to the close of this week.
Lord, thank You for guiding us and giving us hope through the week. You desired to hear from us and to speak to us each morning. It was not our mental fortitude but Your Spirit that strengthened all of us to face spiritual, emotional, and physical stress. You were by our side always.
Lord, thank You for all the blessings showered upon us and for the hedge of protection around us that saved us through many dangers and snares.
Thank You for walking ahead of us and making the crooked paths straight.
Lord, refresh us and all those who toiled through the week to earn their livelihood. Give them rest and a peaceful weekend. Let their earnings be sufficient enough to meet their needs. Provide them as You provided our needs and wants.
Lord, we trust in Your plans that are designed for us to prosper. You are an awesome God.....Let Your will alone be done in our lives.

WAIT FOR LORD’S SALVATION. HE GIVES POWER TO THE FAINT

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for adding this day of Your grace. Thank You for strengthening us throughout the week to cope with all situations
Lord, may we utilize the time we send at home this weekend, to reconcile and review our spiritual growth - as an individual and as a family. Transform our shortcomings that need correction, by renewing our minds.
Lord, may we remain truthful to the purpose You have for each of us, and prepare us for the renewed time that is to come.
Lord, strengthen all those who have to go through great suffering, especially the destitute and the dying.
Lord, in our steadfast faith we shall praise You, no matter what happens now or in the days ahead. As we wait for Your salvation, give us the power and increase our strength.

He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might He increases strength. -
BE STILL. THE LORD WILL FIGHT FOR YOU

Gracious Heavenly Father, we thank You for loving us as Your children.
Lord, whatever we are, however inadequate we are of our own nature, we are still Your children. Thank You for this blessed privilege.
Lord, thank You for giving us Your Holy Spirit, that penetrates our whole nature, our flesh and blood, that keeps us firm in faith under all temptation and distress.
Lord, may we live in the certainty of Your relationship with us and prepare ourselves more and more for Your second coming into the world.
Lord, may we not be too worried about the worldly things and not forget that Your loving-kindness is at work today. We leave everything under Your care and You will fight all our battles for us.
.Lord, we await Your deliverance quickly that will give us the victory over our every weakness, for Your glory.

OUR LORD WILL FULFILL HIS PURPOSE IN HIS TIME

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for refreshing us with Your grace and mercy this morning.
Lord, thank You for leading us with Your Shepherd's staff and leading us by the still waters each day, so that we can be refreshed and delighted in the purpose You have for us.
Lord, thank You, for, You have done great things in our families. You strengthened us when our hopes were deferred, and helped us to remain calm and wait for Your appointed time.
Lord, may we continue to remain serene and still and leave everything to Your will and care. May we take refuge in You at all times and use every opportunity to honor You and for Your glory.
Lord, we wait for You, for, Your purpose will never fail and Your promise will be fulfilled.

Gracious Heavenly Father, we begin this day believing in You and Your guidance.
Lord, You know what lies ahead of us each moment we are to face, today. Lead us around all stumbling blocks on our way.
Lord, we commend all those struggling to meet their financial, professional and family related challenges. Open up avenues for them and bring an end to their woes. Let their faith not be shaken due to those problems.
Lord, pardon us for hours we have wasted in worrying about things. Renew and refresh our spirit, fill us with Your peace and joy.

Lord, our heart is filled with great gladness and joy when we rejoice over You. Thank You for the assurance that in Christ we have access to Your throne of mercy to find help in time of need.
Lord, may we be persistent in our prayers and firmly believe that Your promises would never fail and that we would receive it, if we seek You continually.
Lord, thank You that You have promised to provide all that we ask in prayer. May we wait patiently for Your time, even if there is a delay in receiving our heart's desire.
Lord, help us not be enticed by the things of this world but keep the eyes of our faith in You.

Lord, may we feel Your presence this morning, and experience Your promise being fulfilled, when we are gathered in Your name.
Lord, let no worldly thoughts steal away or scare away and disturb the peace of our minds this morning.
Lord, let our hearts remain unshadowed, even when our goings seem to grow difficult at times and the future may look dark due to the present situation. May we walk with confidence trusting that "You will provide".
Lord, we are confident and reminded that we belong to You and are allowed to remain under Your wings. Guard us whenever we are tempted and have tough battles to fight. You are our very present help in trouble.

Gracious Heavenly Father, we bow before You on our knees as a family, with thankful hearts for safely waking us this morning.
Lord, our hearts are filled with gratitude for Your abundant blessings and the goodness You have bestowed upon us thus far.
Lord, we thank You a thousand times for Your precious amazing grace that safely walked us through many dangers, toils and snares. We rely upon Your Word on which we secure our hope.
Lord, we commit ourselves and our household to serve You and do Your will. Also help our efforts to carefully guard the faith of all members of our family, friends and relatives, to remain worthy to be called "true kindred of Jesus.
Lord, let Your will alone be done in our life and Your arms of mercy remain open so that we bear fruit to the glory of Your name.
