Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed morning. Thank You for waking us up healthy and safe on this new day.
Lord, as we enter a new week, may we find favour in Your sight that will be far better and greater than our past. Make a way where there seems to be no way.
Lord, we may, in our weakness go astray as we face each challenge and temptation ; be it at home, at work, and in our other transactions. Pardon us and help us to overcome such situations.
Lord, may we not retreat in our faith, but abide in You. Hold our hand, and walk us through, so that, together we can face tomorrow.
Lord, thank You for the blessings You have in store for each one of us. May we be confident and conscious that if we have faith, "we will receive".

A Small Morning Family Prayer

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing us to the close of this week.
Lord, thank You for guiding us and giving us hope through the week. You desired to hear from us and to speak to us each morning. It was not our mental fortitude but Your Spirit that strengthened all of us to face spiritual, emotional, and physical stress. You were by our side always.
Lord, thank You for all the blessings showered upon us and for the hedge of protection around us that saved us through many dangers and snares.
Thank You for walking ahead of us and making the crooked paths straight.
Lord, refresh us and all those who toiled through the week to earn their livelihood. Give them rest and a peaceful weekend. Let their earnings be sufficient enough to meet their needs. Provide them as You provided our needs and wants.
Lord, we trust in Your plans that are designed for us to prosper. You are an awesome God.....Let Your will alone be done in our lives.

HAVE FAITH LIKE A MUSTARD SEED

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this day filled with grace and new mercies.
Lord, bless us in our time as we seek to be as faithful as our forebears. Let our faith be filled in things that are not seen and be like a mustard seed, which has small beginning but yields large results.
Lord, through our faith give us a vision of a future where peace and love reflect in all our transactions with our friends and neighbours.
Lord, may we not often forget, in our weakness, Your presence with us and give in to our own decisions. May we remember Your deliverance we experienced many times in our life.
Lord, pardon us when we falter in our faith and doubt Your promises during the times of trials.
Lord, let our faith not become dead without action and shrink back, but remain firm in You. Sustain and preserve us with Your word of grace through Your Holy Spirit.

THE LORD WILL BLESS US WITH PEACE

Gracious Heavenly Father, we thank You for waking us up this blessed morning.
Lord, thank You for Your ever enduring grace that protected us and watched over us day and night.
Lord, may we be rooted and be built up in You and strengthened in our faith overflowing with thankfulness.
Lord, grant us peace, teach us peace and guide our steps in the way of peace. Instill in our hearts the courage to take concrete steps to achieve peace.
Lord, in You we put our trust. Bring all our hopes to fulfill the days to come.
Lord, help us to walk confidently in Your light, radiating Your love and grace and peace with all those around us.

Gracious Heavenly Father, in the quiet of the dawn we come before You to hear You speaking with us.
Lord, the true Light and source of all light, accept this morning prayer. Turn our thoughts to what is Holy and may we ever live in the light of Your love.
Lord, help us to come out of every darkness we have in our hearts so that we follow the light and be the light for others.
Lord, our spirit is willing but the flesh is weak. We can walk confidently in Your light, radiating Your love and grace to those around us, only when we are strengthened by You.
Lord, we praise Your Holy name, O Father in Heaven. Come into our midst and grant us all the good things You have in store for us.

THE LORD WILL HUSH THE STORMS

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this new day. Thank You for providing safety and protection to our family and friends.
Lord, in the quiet of this morning, we intercede for all those affected due to incessant rain in various parts of the country, especially in Chennai due to the cyclone Michaung.
Lord, be merciful to all of them, especially children, senior citizens, sick and bedridden patients. Guide all the medical professionals and aid workers serving these affected people.
Lord, guide every step taken by the civic bodies to provide for their basic needs. Let there not be an outbreak of disease due to poor hygienic conditions.
Lord, restore to them all that they have lost - their homes, their livelihoods. Fill them with courage,
Lord, resolve to still not only this storm but, also the storms of various nature that come across in our day to day life. Hush the waves of the sea that toss our faith.
Lord, grant everyone of us Your peace

WE ARE MORE VALUE THAN MANY SPARROWS

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed day.
Lord, You are the same God who cares for the sparrows and protects us always.
Lord, thank You, our Abba Father, for promising us to carry us - young and old for the remaining days or years on this earth. Walk beside us, as we journey through this Advent season.
Lord, we reach out to You for Your help and Your comfort as we journey through this session of Advent. Be our God of Refuge and strength.
Lord, let there be oneness in our hearts so that Your loving kindness is revealed as we interact with our friends and neighbours.
Lord, thank You for accepting our prayers and intercession. Protect us every day and carry us in Your bosom and gently lead us through.

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this first Sunday in the Advent season.
Lord, we lift up our hearts and thank You for providing Your unfailing promises that prove to us over and over again, Your love on us. With You by our side, we have no need to fear.
Lord, free us from all restlessness and from the turmoil of the present age, for, we belong to You, not to the world. Care for us as Your children, whom You will never forget in all eternity.
Lord, grant us Your peace, renew the riches of Your grace in us and renew our strength daily, as we wait on You, our Heavenly Father.

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed Saturday.
Lord, thank You for giving us worth in Your eyes. Lead us in the truth and teach us to live as the one You uniquely intend us to live.
Lord, thank You for the Scripture that comforts us and reminds us of Your promises, plan, and provision.
Lord, thank You for looking beyond our faults and for loving us unconditionally. Help our every single effort we take to walk right, for we cannot make it alone.
Lord, help us to create cheerful moments not just with our family and friends alone but also with those underprivileged, through our sharing and caring for them during this season of Advent.
Lord, may we remain thankful for all the gifts from above. We praise You for being generous and gracious thus far.

PREPARE YOUR HEARTS. OUR LORD IS COMING SOON

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for Your grace that made us enter into the last month of this year.
Lord, may this season of Advent bring Hope, Peace, Love & Joy in all our hearts and in our homes. We thank You for the love and compassion You have shown us thus far.
Lord, let our focus just not be only on our celebration of the festival but sharing of the gospel with our neighbours, of Your love that made You to send Your Son Jesus Christ to bring redemption to all of us.
Lord, let the light of Your Son Jesus Christ shine in our lives, so that we may walk in that light and glorify You.
Lord, as we prepare our hearts for this Christmas season, help us to prepare ourselves for the day of Your Second coming also.

SEEK THE LORD FIRST & ALL THINGS WILL ADDED UNTO YOU

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed day.
Lord, we come to Your presence as we are, submitting ourselves poor and yet rich, weak and yet strong, with the prayer for the fulfillment of Your promise in Jesus Christ.
Lord, we are no one to boast of our physical or intellectual capabilities or our human wisdom, but humbly seek Your help to develop an attitude of heart that trusts in You.
Lord, may we understand the purpose of Your calling us as Your children. Help us to be a channel to reflect Your might and Your greatness and Your awesome majesty.
Lord, may we be mindful to care and pray for those weak and vulnerable, living around us. You are the one who executes justice on their behalf and loves them.
Lord, may we seek Your Kingdom first. Because everything about You is just and is righteousness, who adds all things to us.

WE ARE LORD’S HERITAGE. HE WILL NOT ABANDON BUT DELIVER US

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this new day.
Lord, thank You for Your greatness shown in our life thus far. May we not lose our hope on Your living Word, because Your promises never cease to deliver us.
Lord, we rely on Your word that assures us that we can do all things through You who strengthens us.
Lord, we intercede now for all the elders and those who are weak and burdened with many challenges. Let Your Spirit strengthen them and assure them of Your presence.
Lord, we thank You for the successful rescue operation of those trapped in the Silkyara tunnel project. Thank You for guiding all concerned teams involved in the rescue operation.
Lord, we thank You as a family, for guiding our life and for fighting the battle on our behalf and making us to be a testimony, for Your glory.
Lord, thank You for Your promise that You will deliver us when we call upon You in the time of trouble.
