Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed morning. Thank You for waking us up healthy and safe on this new day.
Lord, as we enter a new week, may we find favour in Your sight that will be far better and greater than our past. Make a way where there seems to be no way.
Lord, we may, in our weakness go astray as we face each challenge and temptation ; be it at home, at work, and in our other transactions. Pardon us and help us to overcome such situations.
Lord, may we not retreat in our faith, but abide in You. Hold our hand, and walk us through, so that, together we can face tomorrow.
Lord, thank You for the blessings You have in store for each one of us. May we be confident and conscious that if we have faith, "we will receive".

A Small Morning Family Prayer

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing us to the close of this week.
Lord, thank You for guiding us and giving us hope through the week. You desired to hear from us and to speak to us each morning. It was not our mental fortitude but Your Spirit that strengthened all of us to face spiritual, emotional, and physical stress. You were by our side always.
Lord, thank You for all the blessings showered upon us and for the hedge of protection around us that saved us through many dangers and snares.
Thank You for walking ahead of us and making the crooked paths straight.
Lord, refresh us and all those who toiled through the week to earn their livelihood. Give them rest and a peaceful weekend. Let their earnings be sufficient enough to meet their needs. Provide them as You provided our needs and wants.
Lord, we trust in Your plans that are designed for us to prosper. You are an awesome God.....Let Your will alone be done in our lives.

FEAR THE LORD & BE CONTENT WITH THE LITTLE YOU HAVE

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for another new day added to our life.
Lord, You are our Rock and our Fortress. Our Shield and our strong Tower and our Comforter. We anchor ourselves strongly in these unfailing assurances. Thank You for all the goodness and comfort we received from You.
Lord, we learnt to be content in all situations to lift our hands and say, " Hallelujah" anyhow, even when we have little, with the fear of the Lord.
Lord, may we realize that such situations are an opportunity to feel Your presence near us. May we thank You more untiringly during such situations and await to receive the joy of deliverance You give us at the end from our struggles.
Lord, give us one heart and one way; and guide us through the paths we journey, each day.

Gracious Heavenly Father, we enter into the last week of this month. It was Your gracious presence that helped us to journey thus far.
Lord, thank You for Your new mercies and for being patient with us even though we went astray many times and brought disgrace to Your Holy name.
Lord, You are our Keeper and our shade on our right hand. Guide us through this week in each of our works and actions.
Lord, we wait in expectation for the fulfillment of the promise in our lives. We look up to You from where our help comes from.
Lord, may we abide in Your presence, so that our confidence and strength can soar higher than the rest of the world. Strengthen everyone of us to complete this month with Your abounding grace.
Lord, we will not fear, because You are our God. Let Your kingdom come and Your will alone be done on earth as in Heaven.

PRAY WITHOUT CEASING & GIVE THANKS TO THE LORD

Gracious Heavenly Father, we enter into this worship Sunday with deeper thoughts and a deeper sense of thankful heart.
Lord, thank You for graciously giving charge over the angels to take care of our family, friends and relatives. You granted many blessings beyond all measures.
Lord, may we prepare ourselves to welcome another season of Advent like the five virgins, vigilant in our hearts.
Lord, renew in us fervent faith, unfailing hope, and a charitable desire to serve others. Let our actions and celebrations reflect the true meaning of the Advent.
Lord, awaken us and free us from our sinful nature so that we may be ready to receive Your dear Son Jesus Christ with pure hearts.

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing us to this weekend.
Lord, we rejoice and thank You for all the promises revealed through us for the Glory of Your name. Infuse our hearts with the spotless light of Your divine wisdom.
Lord, You have been gracious and patient enough, tolerating our sinful behaviour in the past. Help us today, in our attempts to make up for the days we went astray.
Lord, may we realise that it was and is Your grace that has been protecting us and extending our days on this earth.
Lord, open our eyes to see the log in our eyes and clear, before we see the speck in other's eyes, so that we may be found by You, without spot or blemish.
Lord, may we rise above our pettiness and human weakness to receive Your grace always and remain at peace with everyone.
Lord, strengthen us to hold firm our true faith, inspite of all distractions, because You are in total control, ruling every situation and will set everything right.

THE LORD TAKES PLEASURE IN US IF WE FEAR HIM

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed Friday. It was Your grace that has brought us thus far.
Lord, You have blessed each one of us beyond anything we had hoped or thought of. You enabled us with Your wisdom and guided us as we looked up to You each day.
Lord, may we not set our eyes on the worldly things and allow ourselves to be sidetracked giving way to pettiness.
Lord, encamp around us and hide us under Your wings. May we see and experience Your presence amidst us. We submit ourselves to You, for, our days are in Your hands.
Lord, accept our intercession for the people who continue to suffer. Deliver them and fulfill the purpose You have for each one of us on this earth for Your glory.
Lord, may we delight in You and set our hope in You alone. Bless us with Your heavenly riches and goodness.

GOD IS OUR REFUGE AND STRENGTH

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for waking us to another bright morning filled with mercies that are new each day.
Lord, as we enter into this day, may we learn the lessons of trusting Your Word and depend on You alone, as we live our life in these spiritually challenging times.
Lord, circumcise our hearts, so that we may grow in grace and in a knowledge of Your Word and hold fast to all the good things Your Word teaches us.
Lord, may we fear You alone, walk and live in Your ways, serve You with all our heart, and lead a victorious life trusting in Your Word, submitting ourselves to Your will, and honouring Your name in every eventuality of life.
Lord, may we be a living witness to Your never-failing goodness and grace, both in the words we speak and the way we treat and interact with others. May we realise that it is You, who will bring judgement on all our actions.
Lord, be our Refuge and strength, hold us by Your righteous right hand, and lead us amidst all challenges and storms of life.

OUR HEAVENLY FATHER SHOWS COMPASSION ON US

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for the privilege given, to be called as Your children and for being compassionate and gracious to us.
Lord, thank You for Your mercy and grace extended to us out of Your abounding love. Your living Word strengthens us in faith, patience, and hope.
Lord, pardon us, because, in our weakness, we often forget all Your benefits You have bestowed upon us. Your fulfillment of promise does not concern only with our worldly desires and needs but fulfills our spiritual need.
Lord, may we not become weary or faint as we walk through this week. Grant us a fresh vision and a renewed strength to complete this week successfully.
Lord, let Your mighty power stay with us and protect us, working for our good and waking us to a new life, each day. May we complete this week with a cheerful spirit.

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for allowing us to live another beautiful day filled with Your grace.
Lord, You are an awesome God who sustains and satisfies us each day. We trust in You and Your promises and remain steadfast in faith.
Lord, open our eyes to see Your goodness and the beauty of this day and accomplish everything that You have set before us.
Lord, may we be conscious of Your whisper each moment of Your absolute love for us into the deepest part of our heart.
Lord, we trust and commit our ways to You. Establish our going out and our coming in from this time forth and even for evermore.

HE WHO KNEELS BEFORE GOD CAN STAND BEFORE ANYONE

Gracious Heavenly Father, we kneel before Your throne of grace seeking new mercies, to stand before all the tasks and challenges of this week.
Lord, we rely on Your loving kindness that never fails us. Take control of our thoughts and actions, for, our hope doesn’t rest in our own strength but remain in Your strength.
Lord, we commend all the work of our hands, that we are to take up this week. Let Your Word be a lamp unto our feet and a light onto our path.
Lord, let Your presence go with all of us. Especially all the children, professionals, labourers, housemaids, guards and all other workers, who toil for their family.
Lord, let Your presence also be with people going for treatment and those waiting cluelessly for deliverance from challenges of various nature.
Lord, make them feel that You are beside them as a shield and Saviour, assured of Your protection and deliverance. It is only You, who can and will do it because, great is Your faithfulness. Guide us and lead us.

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this Sunday.
Lord, we enter Your gates with thanksgiving and Your courts with praise. We submit ourselves to You.
Lord, we commend all of us into Your hands this morning. Let Your presence and the intimacy be felt by us as we participate in the worship.
Lord, may we be true to the prayer of confession and prayer of humble access as we present ourselves at the Eucharist. Give us a spiritual cleansing and make us worthy to feed on Your flesh and Your blood.
Lord, let the peace we share in Your name remain in us. We trust in Your unfailing promises and submit the week ahead of us into Your hands. Guard us and guide us.
