Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed morning. Thank You for waking us up healthy and safe on this new day.
Lord, as we enter a new week, may we find favour in Your sight that will be far better and greater than our past. Make a way where there seems to be no way.
Lord, we may, in our weakness go astray as we face each challenge and temptation ; be it at home, at work, and in our other transactions. Pardon us and help us to overcome such situations.
Lord, may we not retreat in our faith, but abide in You. Hold our hand, and walk us through, so that, together we can face tomorrow.
Lord, thank You for the blessings You have in store for each one of us. May we be confident and conscious that if we have faith, "we will receive".

A Small Morning Family Prayer

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing us to the close of this week.
Lord, thank You for guiding us and giving us hope through the week. You desired to hear from us and to speak to us each morning. It was not our mental fortitude but Your Spirit that strengthened all of us to face spiritual, emotional, and physical stress. You were by our side always.
Lord, thank You for all the blessings showered upon us and for the hedge of protection around us that saved us through many dangers and snares.
Thank You for walking ahead of us and making the crooked paths straight.
Lord, refresh us and all those who toiled through the week to earn their livelihood. Give them rest and a peaceful weekend. Let their earnings be sufficient enough to meet their needs. Provide them as You provided our needs and wants.
Lord, we trust in Your plans that are designed for us to prosper. You are an awesome God.....Let Your will alone be done in our lives.

THE LORD’S FAITHFULNESS ENDURES TO ALL GENERATIONS

Gracious Heavenly Father, we come before You with a thankful heart.
Lord, we thank You for all the grace and mercy given to us throughout the week. You lifted us when we stumbled; comforted us in our sadness; provided us all our needs.
Lord, we rejoice in the new strength, a new courage given by Your living Word. It is the greatest and most glorious of all that we receive from You, each day.
Lord, we remember and intercede for the people whom we see around us everyday, who continue to suffer with physical pain and abuse from society, uncared and neglected, living in a poor environment.
Lord, alleviate their pain and suffering of various nature. Grant them strength and perseverance as they face the challenging time.
Lord, we pray for those who struggle to balance and meet their needs each day. Let them be encouraged and reassured by Your Word, as they take refuge in You, as we do. Be their stronghold and protect them.

THE LORD GIVES ETERNAL LIFE FOR THOSE WHO BELIEVES IN HIM

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed day.
Lord, help us to be watchful of our spiritual well being and be aware of the evils that surround us.
Lord, let the truth of the glorious gospel of grace not be compromised by us. Strengthen us to withstand the devious evil ways that attempt to distract us.
Lord, in our weakness, it is impossible for us to carry out all that we say and do in love, but is possible only with the strength and power of Your Spirit.
Lord, may Your love be experienced not only by us but also others. Make us an instrument to bring those into Your fold to feel and experience Your love.
Lord, bind everyone of us together with Your cords of love that cannot be broken. May we share this truth boldly that You are a God who so loved the world, and who does not want anyone to perish.
Lord, we commit ourselves and all families into Your safe-keeping as we draw close towards the weekend.

FULFILL THE LAW OF CHRIST. BEAR ONE ANOTHER’S BURDENS

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for adding another blessed day.
Lord, establish every one of us on the firm foundation of Your Word and Your promise. Bestow on us the gifts of joy and goodness that will bring hope in everyone's hearts.
Lord, draw us ever closer to You and give us the strength that we may decrease and You may increase, until You are seen in us.
Lord, we submit all the aching concerns of everyone because You care for us and for everyone. May we grow in grace together and show compassion for each other bringing honour and glory to Your Holy name.
Lord, let our thoughts be aligned with Your Word that teaches us to bear one another's burdens and prove ourselves to be worthy and sincere enough of our calling.
Lord, help us to produce much fruit in the power of the Holy Spirit, to Your praise and glory.

OUR LORD ENCAMPS AROUND US & DELIVERS US IF WE FEAR HIM

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of a new day in our life.
Lord, we lift up our hearts and praise You for all the protection and provision You bestowed on each one of us, thus far.
Lord, You have blessed us thousandfold and have fulfilled our heart's desire according to Your will.
Lord, free our hearts from all the present day burdens, and grant us the courage and patience to wait for the great many blessings which are to come to us.
Lord, we pray for ourselves and for all those disturbed in their minds this morning due to various unpleasant thoughts and sufferings. We do not fear the world but fear You. Grant each one of us a resolute faith and a conviction of the certainty of Your promises.
Lord, let our every need be provided and our suffering cast away from us. Encamp around us and deliver us; and make a way where there is no way.

THE LORD HIMSELF GIVES US PEACE

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank you for giving us another new day filled with so much grace and mercy.
Lord, thank You for continuously guarding us and never forsaking us. We find joy and peace by Your presence with us. We glorify You and praise You.
Lord, we realise the great frailty of life and the brief portion of our life on this earth. May we retain and reflect the true meaning of Your unfailing love in our heart and in our daily life.
Lord, may we shun evil, and do good, seek peace and go after it. Make us worthy enough to dwell in peaceful, secure and quiet resting places.

Gracious Heavenly Father, we thank You with contentment for adding us a new week. We commit this week into Your hands.
Lord, You are a God of abundance who always bless us more than all that we ask or imagine.
Lord, thank You for granting us the desires of our heart. May we count all our blessings as we receive and bring our thanks and glory to Your name for Your merciful presence we are to experience throughout this week.
Lord, accept our faith that is as small as a mustard seed. With Your strength we can move the mountains and that all things are possible for us, through Christ.
Lord, illuminate our path as we always look up to You. Establish our steps as we take one step at a time and always seek You to make the right choices.

JESUS IS THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this worship Sunday.
Lord, thank You for the gospel of light that shone on us and drove away the darkness from our life. You circumcised our hearts and made a covenant with us.
Lord, we intercede for all those who have not heard or learnt about the gospel of the True Light.
Lord, may we not hide the light that You shone on us under the bushel or just not be an onlooker of the celebrations of light around. Instead may we boldly proclaim the gospel that You are the Light of the world and reflect the light to our brethren through our actions, so that they may also be saved.
Lord, let the message of Light reach far and wide, illuminating the life of everyone and making humanity as one single brotherhood in the Fatherhood of God.

SERVE THE LORD. DO GOOD

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed weekend.
Lord, You alone are worthy of all our praises. Let our focus not deflect from You but remain constant in serving You through our actions and behaviour.
Lord, fill us with the fullness of Your love so that we reflect the same within our family, friends and neighbours without hypocrisy.
Lord, we pray for those with disabilities, and those uncared for, neglected or abused. Provide them the resources they need on time and fill them with happiness.
Lord, we pray for those under palliative care and are bedridden. Let Your heavenly presence be with them as they reminisce about their past glorious days, with a sense of satisfaction that You made them a blessing to many through their zealous service.
Lord, may we reach out to those who are marginalized and oppressed. May we support them with whatever capacities we are equipped with. Bless us, help us and guide us.

OUR LORD’s GOODNESS & MERCY WILL FOLLOW US….ALWAYS

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed and safe morning given to us.
Lord, in the quietness of this hour, we come to Your presence and wait for Your unfailing new mercies on our family. We also intercede for those who have had a disturbing night due to various family situations.
Lord, bestow on us Your goodness and Your faithfulness that satisfies us every day. You make us experience Your steadfast love and Your kindness when we walk through various situations of life.
Lord, help us not to fall prey to the pattern of this world but grow beyond the normal human patterns of our behaviour. Renew our minds to see Your will which is perfect and good.
Lord, may we have the heart to pray for others and willingness to forgive their shortcomings. Help us demonstrate faith in You to all those around us.
Lord, we enter this day with confidence that Your goodness and mercy shall follow all of us in and through each moment, today and all the days of our life.

GREAT IS OUR LORD’s LOVE

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for adding yet another day in our lives.
Lord, may we rest in the truth of Your promise and carry on Your love to all those who we meet. Guide our steps and provide us wisdom and understanding to face challenges that may come our way.
Lord, we pray for all those who are longing for love and peace in their lives. Let Your love and peace be showered on them in abundance.
Lord, we pray for those who struggle everyday to survive. Bless their work and their earnings each and make it sufficient enough to meet their family needs.
Lord, we pray for those who underwent surgery or any other major medical procedures. Let them recuperate soon from their sick bed and get back to their work.
Lord, we pray for those who go through the time of mourning and deep sadness. Comfort and help them to go forward in the absence of their dear ones. Wipe away their tears and assure them of Your presence and love which is everlasting.
Lord, we submit all of us in Your Mighty hands. Make us worthy of Your everlasting love.
