Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed morning. Thank You for waking us up healthy and safe on this new day.
Lord, as we enter a new week, may we find favour in Your sight that will be far better and greater than our past. Make a way where there seems to be no way.
Lord, we may, in our weakness go astray as we face each challenge and temptation ; be it at home, at work, and in our other transactions. Pardon us and help us to overcome such situations.
Lord, may we not retreat in our faith, but abide in You. Hold our hand, and walk us through, so that, together we can face tomorrow.
Lord, thank You for the blessings You have in store for each one of us. May we be confident and conscious that if we have faith, "we will receive".

A Small Morning Family Prayer

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing us to the close of this week.
Lord, thank You for guiding us and giving us hope through the week. You desired to hear from us and to speak to us each morning. It was not our mental fortitude but Your Spirit that strengthened all of us to face spiritual, emotional, and physical stress. You were by our side always.
Lord, thank You for all the blessings showered upon us and for the hedge of protection around us that saved us through many dangers and snares.
Thank You for walking ahead of us and making the crooked paths straight.
Lord, refresh us and all those who toiled through the week to earn their livelihood. Give them rest and a peaceful weekend. Let their earnings be sufficient enough to meet their needs. Provide them as You provided our needs and wants.
Lord, we trust in Your plans that are designed for us to prosper. You are an awesome God.....Let Your will alone be done in our lives.

OUR LORD IS CLOSE TO THE BROKENHEARTED

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this day. Thank You for hearing the prayers of Your people everyday and for helping us always.
Lord, thank You for being a faithful God whose mercies are new every morning. May we be a true reflection of Your love and Your faithfulness to those around us.
Lord, at this time we pray for the comfort of those in sorrow due to sudden loss in the family. Strengthen and heal their crushed spirit with Your word of consolation.
Lord, may we always remember that we are a dust; a flower that fades quickly; a wave tossed in the ocean; a vapour in the wind, yet You have engraved us on Your palms. Thank You Father.
Lord, give us all hope for tomorrow and encourage us to move forward. Let Your peace and comfort prevail upon all of us.

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this new morning in which You have breathed life into our nostrils once again. Thank You for making us see a new week.
Lord, we praise You for the many blessings You have so generously kept in store, to bestow upon us this week.
Lord, thank You for the promise that You would be with us always. May we, by the power of Your spirit, be strong in our work we do, decisions we make, and words we are to speak this week.
Lord, nourish our souls with patience and comfort us with Your goodness. We are Yours, for, You have chosen us to be Your children, strong and bold enough, to face every challenge of this world. Help us, we beseech You.
Lord, thank You for Your Word that bring us blessing, to the glory of Your Holy name forever.

Gracious Heavenly Father, You are the most Merciful and everlasting God.
Lord, we offer our thanks and praises
to You through Your Son Jesus Christ the bread of life for the remission of sins of the whole
world.
Lord, may we be humbled as we sit through the worship service. Empty our heart and mind of negativity so that we may worship You in Spirit and in truth. May we hold nothing back in our praise, our worship, our learning and our praying throughout the service.
Lord, we remember with deep gratitude the offering of sacrificial
death on the Cross; we humbly beseech You to rejuvenate our commitment to You.
Lord, may we confidently come to Your Eucharist table, that we have forgiven those who have trespassed against us.
Lord, let every disunity and conflict be swept away from us. Inspire us, so that we may be a living sacrifice.

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed Saturday.
Lord, thank You for showing us the way of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy, and at Your right hand is, delight forever.
Lord, we, in Your presence, rejoiced together as Your children under Your protection throughout this week.
Lord, we became firm in every part of our life on earth. Thank You for granting us Your grace and encircling us with Your blessing. Your spirit enabled us to face the worldly challenges boldly. We commend ourselves to You, and prepare for the worship Sunday.

Gracious Heavenly Father, we come before Your countenance to thank and praise You for all Your mercies granted thus far.
Lord, our hearts shall always be in Your presence, asking, longing, and believing that You will guide our ways always.
Lord, we lay all of our burdens down at Your feet, trusting that You will listen and answer them in miraculous ways. Let Your grace be at work among all Your children.
Lord, stretch out Your hand at this time to heal all that is broken and restore all that was lost. We trust that Your face shines favourably upon us, and puts gladness even when our hearts get vexed.
Lord, we thank You for Your perfect love and care for us with a Fatherly concern. May we remain worthy of Your mercies. We look upto You and set our faith and hope on You alone.

FEAR THE LORD TO PROLONG LIFE

Gracious Heavenly Father, this morning we come into Your presence with humility and fear of the Lord.
Lord, unite our hearts to fear only Your name and not fear the world.
Lord, You have taught us :
- that fear of the Lord is the beginning of the wisdom.
- that our fear in the Lord will help us depart from evil.
- that fear of the Lord is a fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death.
- that the eye of the Lord is upon those that fear Him.
- that fear of the Lord brings compassion as a father shows to his son.
- that the Lord provides food for those who fear Him.
- that the friendship of the Lord is for those who fear Him.
- that great is Your *steadfast love* when we fear You.
- that we should submit ourselves to one another in the fear of God.
- that the desires of those who fear Him is fulfilled;
Lord, let these promises cleanse us, perfecting us in the fear of God.

GREAT IS HIS FAITHFUNESS

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this bright morning. Thank You for Your Word, the greatest and most glorious of all that is given to us.
Lord, we feel and rejoice in the new help, new strength, and renewed courage for the life given by Your Word.
Lord, may we be alert to listen to Your voice amidst the chaos and confusion around us through Your word. Help us to testify boldly that You are our God, our true help.
Lord, we entrust all of us into Your hands. Be with us, and give our hearts Your peace and the strength and Your mercies that are new every morning .

OUR LORD WILL LEAD & BE WITH US. DO NOT FEAR

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this grace filled new morning added to our life. It was purely Your grace that has led us past seven months.
Lord, as we enter into the August month, we look up to You for Your continued grace.
Lord, You are the God of restoration and new beginnings. Thank You for all the plans You have for us. May we seek You every morning and commit ourselves to Your will to be done.
Lord, lead us through Your ways. May we always be joyful and content in any situation and trust in Your unfailing promises.
Lord, bless all those celebrating their birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions this month.
Lord, provide us our needs and wants of this month. Bless the hard earned earnings of everyone and make it sufficient enough to manage their monthly financial commitments.
Lord, we place our trust in You alone. May we not fear or be dismayed but see and experience our Good Shepherd's guidance all through this new month. Go before us and be with us.

LORD WILL TEACH US HIS WAY

Gracious Heavenly Father, we come into Your presence on the last day of this month with humility and fear.
Lord, thank You for Your leading throughout the month. Thank You for the comfort, healing and for all the goodness we experienced, personally and as a family.
Lord, we trust and commit our ways to You. Establish our going out and our coming in from this time forth and even for evermore. May we bring praise and glory to You.
Lord, let our fear on You be the beginning of the wisdom that helps us to depart from evil. Be the fountain of our life that help us to depart from the snares of fowler's trap.
Lord, let Your compassion be as a father shows to his son. Keep Your eyes upon us and guard us.

Gracious Heavenly Father, we look up to You this Sunday morning with a thankful heart. Thank You for watching over us and guiding every step of the way throughout the week.
Lord, as we gather in Your Church, may we remember and count each blessing showered on us and name them one by one and thank You. Thank You for Your being our Provider and for Your continued grace upon grace.
Lord, we thank You for looking beyond our faults and for loving us unconditionally. Help us to see and empathize with the needs and challenges of other people. Teach us how to help in providing their needs in a way that pleases You.
Lord, You are the hope of all ends of the earth and of the farthest seas. You know what is best and are in control of all our situations. Let Your will be done .
