     Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for the blessed weekend. 
     Lord, we rejoice in Your strength, trust in Your steadfast love, and give thanks for the rich favours, victory and joy that are derived entirely from Your divine deliverance and not from our limited human strength.
     Lord, thank You for watching over us and not letting our hearts sadden. Thank You for making us glad with the joy of Your presence during such worrying and doubtful moments. 
     Lord, use our hands to be of service to those in need, and use our voice to speak words of comfort and healing and encouragement to those who feel let down and are in distress.
     Lord, envelope us in Your steadfast love and perfect peace. Calm all the storms of our hearts and fill us with confidence and serenity to move forward in our faith journey. 
     In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
