     Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for the blessed day. 
     Lord, thank You for revealing the name of Your Son Jesus Christ, who paid the ransom for all of us and bought us the salvation. 
     Lord, we acknowledge our personal weakness and the fickleminded nature of drifting  away from faith. Strengthen us by the Holy Spirit to live a life pleasing to You. 
     Lord, help us to resist the temptation, and remain faithful to the salvation we have received. 
     Lord, guard our hearts, minds, and bodies, and keep us safe from all dangers, evil and temptation. Surround us, uphold us with Your mighty hand and go before us.
     Lord, may we follow Your footsteps and let Your Word be a lamp to provide immediate, step-by-step guidance for our daily life. 
     In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
