A Small Morning Family Prayer

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this blessed morning. Thank You for waking us up healthy and safe on this new day.
Lord, as we enter a new week, may we find favour in Your sight that will be far better and greater than our past. Make a way where there seems to be no way.
Lord, we may, in our weakness go astray as we face each challenge and temptation ; be it at home, at work, and in our other transactions. Pardon us and help us to overcome such situations.
Lord, may we not retreat in our faith, but abide in You. Hold our hand, and walk us through, so that, together we can face tomorrow.
Lord, thank You for the blessings You have in store for each one of us. May we be confident and conscious that if we have faith, "we will receive".

A Small Morning Family Prayer

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing us to the close of this week.
Lord, thank You for guiding us and giving us hope through the week. You desired to hear from us and to speak to us each morning. It was not our mental fortitude but Your Spirit that strengthened all of us to face spiritual, emotional, and physical stress. You were by our side always.
Lord, thank You for all the blessings showered upon us and for the hedge of protection around us that saved us through many dangers and snares.
Thank You for walking ahead of us and making the crooked paths straight.
Lord, refresh us and all those who toiled through the week to earn their livelihood. Give them rest and a peaceful weekend. Let their earnings be sufficient enough to meet their needs. Provide them as You provided our needs and wants.
Lord, we trust in Your plans that are designed for us to prosper. You are an awesome God.....Let Your will alone be done in our lives.

GREAT SHALL BE OUR CHILDREN’S PEACE

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this day. Lord, we thank and commend our family, especially our children into Your hands. Lord, thank You for bringing joy and happiness in our family. Thank You for providing us Your counsel to teach our children to keep the covenants and statutes as they grow. Lord, may we as parents teach them the Christian values when they are young, so that they do not depart from it even when they are old. Lord, let our relationship be strengthened with our children. Give them Your wisdom and knowledge as they grow. Cast away all fear that grips them when they face challenges. Lord, may our children feel Your presence by their side at all times. Let no evil thoughts or bitterness creep in their mind. We entrust them in Your hands. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.Today's promise: All your children shall be taught by the Lord, and great shall be the peace of your children . Isaiah 54:13

The LORD IS SLOW TO ANGER

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for adding another day. May Your presence linger around us and give us patience to listen to Your voice
Lord, thank You for giving us the fullness of joy. Thank You for the privilege to be called, "Your chosen people". Let our prayers remain meaningful to us, this morning.
Lord, stretch our perseverance today. Help us to guard our hearts in every situation and transcend our faith to handle any situation.
Lord, You know what is best for us. May we let go our anxiety. Give us the patience to wait for the pleasures You have for us.
Lord, we commend our family, relatives and friends. Thank You for giving them to us, to walk along in this life. Take every care of their needs and desires.

THE HOLY SPIRIT WILL TEACH US ALL THINGS

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for the Holy Spirit, that lead us, helped us to go forward in body and soul. Lord, as we walk through this week, may we undertake nothing in human strength; may everything come from You for each one of us. Lord, protect us through Your great goodness and faithfulness, which have been with us in the past. Lord, may we not lean on our own understanding but in everything may we acknowledge You. May we not fear or be dismayed. Lord, strengthen us to display Your behaviour atleast once in our interactions we are to deal with. Direct our every action, thoughts and the words. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.Today's Promise: fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. THE LORD WILL DO WONDERS

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this worship day. May we hear the gracious whisper of Your voice that encourages us to follow Your guidance.
Lord, we come before Your altar to worship You this morning. Consecrate us to see and experience Your wonders You have in store for us and about to confer upon us.
Lord, help us to purify our minds and hearts, by repentance and faith, and new obedience. We offer our prayers with proper regard, reverence, and gratitude.
Lord, may we not forget to spend time with You continuously and put You first in all that we do.
Lord, as we pass each day during the new week, may we be seen worthy in Your sight. Lead us all the way.

FEAR ONLY HIS NAME

Gracious Heavenly Father, this morning we come into Your presence with humility and fear of Lord.
Lord, unite our hearts to fear only Your name and not fear the world when we face worldly challenges. For ;
- fear of the Lord is the beginning of the wisdom.
- by the fear of the Lord we will depart from evil.
- fear of the Lord is a fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death.
- the eye of the Lord is upon those that fear Him.
- fear of the Lord brings compassion as a father shows to his son.
- HE provides food for those who fear Him.
- the friendship of the Lord is for those who fear Him.
- great is Your steadfast love when we fear You.
- we submit ourselves to one another in the fear of God.
- the desires of those who fear Him is fulfilled ;
Lord, let these promises cleanse us, perfecting us in the fear of God.

YOU MUST BE READY

Gracious Heavenly Father, as we wake up this morning, we come to Your presence as a little flock.
Lord, we entrust ourselves in Your hands this day. May we be joyful and full of faith, with hope and patience, as Your mercy leads us on.
Lord, may each one of us keep away our worries, instead, seek Your kingdom first. May we seek the abundance of Your grace and mercy than the abundance of worldly possessions or our positions that are not permanent.
Lord, may we, as a family be awake and keep a close vigil, with our lamps burning, and await Your arrival anytime. Let each one of us be found worthy in Your sight, and be ready. Accept us and keep us as Your own, and redeem us in Your time.

EL ROI – Our GOD WHO SEES US

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You Lord for this new, safe morning.
Lord, even when Your eye is on the sparrow, we know that You watch over us. Thank You for considering us more valuable than the birds of the air.
Lord, Your mercy and grace was sufficient for us. When we glance back over the past five months, we see many blessings showered on us and see more of only Your footsteps on the paths we journeyed through. Thank You for protecting us and carrying us thus far.
Lord, we intercede for those who had a disturbed, troubled month due to sickness, hunger, unexpected losses and other challenges. Let this new month bring new blessings and turn their sorrows into joy.
Lord, hear their prayers and do not despise their plea. Provide their needs, as You have provided us. Let them be strengthened by Your spirit.
Lord, we commend our family in Your hands. You, who does not allow our foot to be moved, preserve our soul and body from all evil. We fear You and our hope is in You. You are our God - El Roi - our God who sees us.

THE LORD GOES BEFORE YOU. HE WILL BE WITH YOU

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this new morning and a new month.
Lord, it was Your grace that lead us through last five months. We thank You with all our heart.
Lord, we thank You for all the blessings and joyous moments showered on us last month. Thank You for the comfort and consolation that strengthened us during the time of grief and sadness.
Lord, provide us our needs and wants of this month. We thank You for all the birthdays and wedding anniversaries of this month. Grant us all the goodness You have in store for all of us.
Lord, we pray for all those who are sick. Grant them Your healing and restoration of their lost health. May we not fear or be dismayed but see and experience the Good Shepherd's guidance all through this new month.

Gracious Heavenly Father, thank You for this new day gracefully given to us for a new start.
Lord, let Your Spirit refresh our minds to see the path ahead clearly, and handle everything smoothly that we are to undertake today.
Lord, it is You who is with us; greater than those whom we are to face. May we not fall for the schemes of this world but remain closer to You, always.
Lord, thank You for the plans You have for us, which are infinitely beyond our understanding.
Lord, help us to be completely humble and be prepared to testify to this world for the hope we have in You.

Gracious Heavenly Father, we thank with all our hearts for adding another week.
Lord, we submit all the days of this week in Your hands. Guide us and protect us from all dangers that may come near us from the time we wake up, till we retire to bed at night.
Lord, let no disabiling spirit within us keep our thoughts and actions bent. Lay Your hands on us and make us stand straight or walk aright in Your ways.
Lord, may we walk ahead boldly with the assurance of Your presence. Instruct us and teach us the way we should go throughout the week. Let no fears or doubts discourage us when we fail. Give us Your counsel.
